So Tesarski... One of the conditions for the sale of Texas Sands Resources to VIBE was that the 2000 for 1 R/S Be approved by FINRA? The R/S that wiped out all previous investors in VIBE??? That's pretty low... But then your a crook right? And still a liar... The TRRC would like to have a word about that with you...LOL! You know, All those wells they are currently plugging that you said would be plugged by Treaty including one of the Texas Sands wells that is NOW on the wells to be plugged by the state...

Seems you have a real problem with that. Disclosure that is. Your public "company" not so public is it. Do you really think serious folks will invest in this without SEC reporting? LOL! No they won't. Or is it that what you are after, unsuspecting and uniformed "investors"?

If you were serious and had a REAL product you would have chosen to be a current SEC reporting Company instead of some penny stock shell that just went dark.

That is right... HTOO filed a form 15 with the SEC and went dark, non-SEC reporting. I was referring to the OTC disclosure "quarterly report" (unaudited pretend filings) that was due Monday... Still no sign of it...

Just like Treaty Energy right??? I remember you had great difficulty with the TRRC reporting as well and was overwhelmed by it... The regulations and rules and all...

Statement from Tesarski May 6 2014...
As for the Evans, we have spent well over half a million dollars on that lease preparing it for a waterflood and developing new technology, the water systems being one of those. All of the wells were FINALLY up and running, my roustabout had laid down cattle guards and was coming back to build them and lo and behold a cow knocked the electrical box loose and burned out a motor. This is the joys of the industry. You are correct there has not been evidence of consistent production there, we have resolved that and shareholders should be able to see consistent production there starting in June. One thing that we do bring to the TECO equation though... monthly oil cheques. Two more loads were just called in yesterday, one from Evans and one from Thomason.
We trust that our loyal shareholders will appreciate that we have been as open and transparent as possible, quite frankly more than the majority of other public companies.
To this end the McComas lease has been fully plugged and remediated. This lease is now no longer an obligation of TREATY and its shareholders.
