Seems you have a real problem with that. Disclosure that is. Your public "company" not so public is it. Do you really think serious folks will invest in this without SEC reporting? LOL! No they won't. Or is it that what you are after, unsuspecting and uniformed "investors"?
That's what I think. It's a scam isn't it?
If you were serious and had a REAL product you would have chosen to be a current SEC reporting Company instead of some penny stock shell that just went dark.
