Randall Lanham first hit my radar when I was researching Dutch Gold Resources on December 24, 2010. I noticed his name showed up in a filing for Dutch's sister company, Shamika 2 Gold (SHMX) (known then as Aultra Gold).

Here was that paragraph (having to do with a purchase agreement between Dutch Gold and Shamika 2 Gold (known then as Aultra Gold):

On the Closing Date, the Buyer shall deliver the Purchase Shares and the Indebtedness Retirement and the Seller shall deliver the Shares in their collective possession and medallion guaranteed stock powers for all the Shares to the Buyer. The Buyer acknowledges that 24,325,000 of the pre-reverse split Shares are currently being held without permission by Randall Lanham, an attorney in California located at 28562 Oso Parkway, Suite D, Rancho Santa Margarita, California 92688

Randall was holding some shares hostage. The most interesting part is that many shares would have made Randal a beneficial owner of more than 10% of the issued and outstanding shares yet the ownership of those shares were never disclosed ever in any of the company's filings.


From there I researched Lanham and his Oso Parkway address more and it led me to High Plains Gas Inc.

From there I found out that Lanham has a very dirty connection to many Scott Marshal and Paul Leslie Hammond connected companies.

I haven't really researched Lanham anymore since January, but I'm glad to hear that his shady share ownership and offshore account stuff may finally be catching up to him.

I'd be curious to read some of your research related to Lanham.


Hey what is the deal with Randal and Steve? At first I just assumed they were the same person, but then wondered if they might be brothers or something.
