Not likely. He would only do it if he could profit personally from it, and the primary way he sees to benefit is using the debt that he claims he purchased from Owens, which Tom also claims to own. He would have to make sure he worked things out with Tom first. If he could do that, I could see him doing a rs to wipe out the existing shareholders and starting over like he did with Q. He would try to get the other debt holders to take shares for their debt first, then rs them into oblivion as well, or negotiate with them to take less so he would have the lion's share.

At least that's the way I see it.

I don't think you can compare the trading of the 2 stocks. The situations are not the same.

With NHSH, Jeff knew the game was over and alerted his buds to get out what they could. He knew he had already picked it clean.

QASP doesn't appear to be going away. It has evolved from a total scam to trying to become a real business. The biggest impediment it has had is the stranglehold of the debt holders not wanting to lose their atm, but that's the case with most pinks.

As time passes, it could lose the blemish of having been a total scam, and if DV can bring in a business that actually turns a profit, she may be able to get out from under the burden of issuing 504 shares.

The biggest problem I have with the current situation is the P&D aspect. Those who loaded the cheapies through rule 504 and the .000x shares on insider knowledge knowing they were going to lock up the float and run the sp higher with the cooperation of DV and her pr's are using half truths and lies to market the shares.

That being said, they do seem to be a pretty cohesive group, and if DV can really pull off a good deal, there is definitely some upside left. Just how much will depend on the terms of the deal...

The more accurate interpretation of those trading activities is that new 504 shares are being sold to retail.

The selling broker shorted on the ask, then covered the 2.5m on the bid by selling from the seller's stash of shares, leaving the retail bid untouched so he can continue to sell on the ask with the appearance of bid support.

No vapor shares involved other than the temporary short sell on the bid.

There has been a LOT of that trading, and MUCH MORE TO COME.
