You are correct about cheap N shares being given to just Jeff's friends/co-conspirators. Heck, neither Bill nor Chris put ANY money into the company and Jeff loaded them with shares. However, to my knowledge, they have sold, and the current shareholders purchased on the open market.

Tom still has a few shares, but that's because he wasn't an "insider". He was just being used by the others, so he was buying instead of selling, and giving them money...

Sorry, but your post is illogical to me. How would the success of Q help the "innocents" there who were ripped off by Dean and Jeff, unless of course you're referring to some other class? They have already been diluted by about 1000:1, which means that to just break even Q would have to achieve a market cap of tens of billions... and that's assuming that they're even still in the game.

The way I see it, is the current Q is totally unrelated to the pre-rs Q. Anyone pre-rs is "toast", and only those who have gotten in at the bottom have a chance of making any money, and most will still get out at a loss considering the massive dilution...

There is a lot of good money being made by investors trading the NHSH parent company QASP. I'd like to see that as a possibility for holders of NHSH also.

I have no clue, but with Joe Canouse posting last night. And the new QASP PR about keeping the biz under Quasar control. It just makes NHSH a real possibility in my book.

For last 20+ days CNN, MSNBC, Fox, ect has spent hours upon hours taking about Airline Safety (Flt 370) and Pilot training and inspections.. Every so called "Expert" has weighed in on what may or may not have happened in the cockpit... OK... see the Political Landscape that is developing not only in Washington DC, but worldwide...

Many questions are being asked and extreme political pressure is being directed toward the Federal Aviation Administration as to how could this happen and what are YOU doing to prevent this from EVER happening again... (why do Americans still think the political "gods" in Washington can actually prevent fate.. oh well another subject for another time...)

NOW..the Federal Aviation Administration is or MAYbe faced with with a gut wrenching DILEMMA ....

DILEMMA you say...what could possibily put the all powerful FAA
in such a position..especiall while every reporter in the world is lookig to break the next Blockbuster Story...???

To Whom It May Concern:

I, Mark Osgood, have come into an agreement with AVERRUNCUS, UK LTD, formerly Mineseeker Operations UK, LTD.
The agreement states Averruncus, UK LTD, has agreed to take on $549,891.00 plus interest of the $622,000.00 plus interest owed to me in debt notes from NHSH.

In speaking with Mike Kendrick and Mark Dorey, they readily accepted that the amount of $549,891.00 was properly received by Mineseeker. I wanted to have my debt go to the company that received my monies. I did not want to have that burden put 100% on NHSH and its shareholders. That was the desire of both parties.

Mike and Mark were in total agreement that the debt ($549,891.00 plus interest) was now debt belonging to Averruncus, UK LTD, and have taken full responsibility for it.

I have had my lawyer’s office contact NHSH and let them know the good news that the balance owed by NHSH is now reduced to $72,109.00, plus interest.

I hope that the shareholders look at this of a sign of hope for NHSH.

What happened to the previous agreement between Minesweeper and Centacom for Minesweeper to purchase 442,500,000 shares from Centacom?

In an agreement with Centacom Holding Corporation and James Owens, majority shareholder of Centacom Holding Corporation, signed on 30th August 2011, Mineseeker acquired the 442,500,000 (four hundred and forty two million five hundred thousand) of the 450,000,000 (four hundred and fifty million) control shares which were being held by Centacom Holding Corporation.

Mineseeker even used to have a nice big picture of a certificate for 442,500,000 shares on their website:




How does a signed agreement just get canceled without both sides agreeing to cancel the agreement? I thought Mineseeker was paying Centacom like $50,000 for those 442,500,000 shares.


Is Centacom going to take any kind of legal action?



This is how Mineseeker split up those 232,000,000 shares:




Doing the math based on the percentages in that table there is approximately 315,000,000 outstanding shares of NHSH stock after Mineseeker receives their 232,000,000 shares.

That means there are about 83,000,000 shares outstanding not counting Mineseekers shares.

That's about 33,000,000 more shares than there were outstanding on June 28, 2011 (not counting Centacom's shares)

Anybody know who got those 33,000,000 shares?



It has been quite the balancing act for NHSH trying to keep the debt Note holders like Bill Harvey from being a 10% owner while dealing with all these Centacom/Mineseeker issues.

Yes, we have all taken a bath from the good ole Mike days. He's still at it and more than likely will continue to do so.

There has been SO many rumors about Pot Plays coming from some of Mike Shea's plays and rolling into either QASP or NHSH, that I just had to ask what is going on.

I'm sure you know more than the rest of us. But, I had just sort of thought that NHSH was gone forever along with the value in any shares that people were holding.

np...this died when mike ran away w. the cheese....no one wants to see it but even a forensic audit of quasar showed that mineseeker got more money out of quasar than any other entity or person...it was foolish of me to try to recoup monies from them as they never had any intent to do anything for it...just my opinion again and it was my own arrogance that made me think I could for lack of better word "exact" something out of a public company they parked themselves in.

I don't think they really cared about N from day one. It was just a ploy to sell Q shares.

In the end, I think they lost money on it as Jeff had stripped it clean of cash and left a debt mess.

They could have salvaged it and gotten something from it, but they would have had to split the take with Tom and Mark, and they didn't want to do that, so they just killed it.
