I see it as a company about to move to a higher exchange. Intrepid is a reporting company. Sure would be nice! seems that a 1 for 10 split would only get it to .25. I wonder where the other value would come from? WALMART MAYBE! I might be a little optomistic. :)

Crap, we were doing well. Maybe people will misinterpret the sudden price jump up with the split and drive the price up higher. However more than likely it will just reverse and then tank some more.

Yea but look how little the volume was to raise the pps. IMO that's a good sign. no dumpers means less shares. One PR and we are off to the races. Maybe those 15,000,000 s-8 shares are hidding up around .10 cents or so.

So I found a board where people actually talk about this stock, that is nice. I have been holding for a few months at 0.0645. Like previous postings have said it's movement although slow has been ticking upward, with some serious volume. (in relation to previous volume)I can only hope that some great press release comes out to generate more interest. At least they got rid of the previous board members.

actually, it looks like ITPD filed a PRE 14C on 2/8/08. maybe these are in preparation for that long awaited deal with TCPS.

Mr. Bray,
Concerning the recent publishing of your article titled "US Judge Dismisses Naked Short-Selling Fees Suit Vs Brokers". Please see the questionable judgment by the judge for what it is, a cover up. I have been following the issue of "naked short selling" as much as I reasonably can and have come to the conclusion that the trading practice is rampant, illegal, immoral and gutting honest hardworking Americans of their wealth and prosperity. As a human being I beg you to dig deeper into this specific case and find the ties which prompted this normally reasonable judge to ignore his judicial responsibilities and slander honest hardworking American taxpayers and investors everywhere. If this judge believes that jurors cannot understand the securities laws which govern securities trades, what does he believe about the investors who risk their financial futures in the market? This case has resolve written all over it. If securities laws are not understandable the honest open debate about the details of this case should surely shed some light on those details and hopefully cause the US government to clarify or promptly correct laws which do not promote fair trading practices. Please take some time to write and publish an article countering the judge’s logic in this matter.

I understand the lack of buying, what I don’t understand is that no one is selling. Most penny stocks have some financier or insider selling shares for cash when news is released. I've seen a couple optimistic news items released without someone selling a significant number of shares. My gut tells me that we are due for a swing upwards. The market cap on this puppy is only 2.5 million. Seems like a bargain for an expanding company connected to Wal-mart.

Maybe financing took place between .20 and .70 back in mid year of 06(may-september), it may be time to cover any short positions created during that time.
