I understand the lack of buying, what I don’t understand is that no one is selling. Most penny stocks have some financier or insider selling shares for cash when news is released. I've seen a couple optimistic news items released without someone selling a significant number of shares. My gut tells me that we are due for a swing upwards. The market cap on this puppy is only 2.5 million. Seems like a bargain for an expanding company connected to Wal-mart.

Maybe financing took place between .20 and .70 back in mid year of 06(may-september), it may be time to cover any short positions created during that time.
