Here's a fun fact...

According to the 1-U, Jake Noch took control of NUVG by buying 37,900,000 shares from the former acting CEO, Sam Talari.

According to the company's last annual report, Sam Talari owned 44,941,214 shares personally and through a company he controls (Harvest Fund).

That was for period ending 3/31/22. That means there were just over 7M shares left in Sam Talari's possession. Sam Talari is no longer an affiliate of the company, and has met the required holding period of rule 144. He has not sold the stock as of 7/25 according to the published data on OTC markets, but would have no restrictions should he choose to do so.

There's an additional 10M shares of restricted stock unaccounted for in their financial reporting.

Tesoro went to 1.93... Reverse split 4/1 at around 1.50 to 6 or something like that and since than it has now been trading .05 to .07 LOL $6.50s or whatever it peaked at post split to .05... and if you're talking pre split, then divide today's PPS by 4 and you will understand the drop from $1.93 to as low as .0125...

So let's stop talking about T$NP LOL....

A Lot of tickers trade similarly, yes, it's because of Market makers, shareholder sentiment, lack of news or confirmation of it, bad economy there's so many reasons these days. But it will run like TSNP due to the share structure for sure on Re-confirmation of News with some updates as to the merger, new acquisition plans, symbol changes etc. Or just a pump group... until then, we may see this drop as low as .02-.05 or run back to .20-.40 who knows...

Just read the twitter for the ticker for the first time ever. Looks like the owners (primarily the CEO) of PMR will be assigning themselves 3.5B shares to merge it in. I underestimated, though it was at a higher PPS (less stock). The CEO also says he isn't going to sell stock, he's going to get a loan against his stock holding in the company. Here's a thought... the company doesn't own the CEO's stock, the CEO does. Any loan using the CEO's stock as collateral would be to the CEO (as the owner of the stock), not the company. I guess he could take out a loan and then loan it to the company under different terms... But he seems to think the stock he'd hold would be more valuable as collateral than the company (or its assets) for the loan. No idea what he's thinking.
But then, I have no idea, if PMR believes its accounts receivable are real and truly collectible, why they want to go public in the first place (the owners would be sitting on a goldmine they own exclusively if it is real and collectable), and why they're looking to take out loans or sell stock to raise a paltry $5M. None of that adds up.

Nobody cares about the market cap. That’s not how the OTC works. It’s all hype driven. Plenty of valuable companies that have unnecessarily low pps and crappy pump and dumps with absurd valuations.

Most investors care about making a quick buck and then moving on. Looks like the wind has left the sails on this one.

Yesterday the market cap was $11.0 million, today it’s about $7.0 million. It’s SEC REPORTING, PQE ~ YES. If they take it down tomorrow again, it’s the deal of the century.

Increasing Authorized shares is NON-Dilutive, it just means that anytime in the next 99 years that additional shares can be issued. That’s it. For all practical purposes, it really doesn’t mean a thing right now.

What it does say though, if you read between the lines, is that the young CEO is thinking BIG!! I like that!!

From the looks of it, it appears that the market doesn’t understand the basic concept of AUTHORIZED SHARES vs. OUTSTANDING SHARES.

Nowhere in the tweet does the CEO say anything about diluting the company with more outstanding shares. What it does show in the tweet is that the young CEO is moving “as fast as lightening”.

“Buy the dips, Sell the Rips” as they say in the OTC. I’m looking forward to buying more tomorrow if it goes down much further. In fact, I want the uneducated to sell more tomorrow so I can buy this sub $10.0 million market cap SEC REPORTING, PQE YES ticker in the single pennies.

Yep, gotta have enough room in the O/S to acquire PMR for what its owners believe it's worth. If PMR believes it is worth $400M at today's PPS, they'll need 2.5B shares to "buy" it.
While we await the filings giving the acquisition/merger agreement and the detailed audited financial reports (which should show the origin of the alleged $400M in accounts receivable) of PMR for the last 2 years, how about a throwback to when the CEO attempted to take control over IFLM:
