Increasing Authorized shares is NON-Dilutive, it just means that anytime in the next 99 years that additional shares can be issued. That’s it. For all practical purposes, it really doesn’t mean a thing right now.

What it does say though, if you read between the lines, is that the young CEO is thinking BIG!! I like that!!

From the looks of it, it appears that the market doesn’t understand the basic concept of AUTHORIZED SHARES vs. OUTSTANDING SHARES.

Nowhere in the tweet does the CEO say anything about diluting the company with more outstanding shares. What it does show in the tweet is that the young CEO is moving “as fast as lightening”.

“Buy the dips, Sell the Rips” as they say in the OTC. I’m looking forward to buying more tomorrow if it goes down much further. In fact, I want the uneducated to sell more tomorrow so I can buy this sub $10.0 million market cap SEC REPORTING, PQE YES ticker in the single pennies.
