Is anyone familiar with new SEC Rule 15c2-11 restrictions?

TDA is restricting about 5K OTC stocks (link in my other post) effective mid-Aug. It says that it would not allow anything other than liquidation trades for any companies not providing current info to investors.

Since its SEC, wouldn't just be TDA.

Sounds like the new requirements will eliminate all of these ground floor Custodian plays before becoming pink current and provide current information to investors.

If so, very frustrating since I am sold on any Moody/Denunzio custodianships. The earlier, the better obviously.

Yeah, me too. DeNunzio and Moody do a great job of structuring and finding good companies without diluting shareholders. Not so sure I trust that to anyone else, even if Moody/Denunzio help them get the shell started.

ALLQ and CHSO might also be good picks. I am in WBBA, CPSL, FTRK and ALLQ.

All of the Moody/Denunzio custodianships I've invested in didn't name others in their custodianships, but AEMC and BMRK have other people designated. Does anyone know what that's about? Are they setting these up on behalf of other individuals?

TDA Letter SEC Rule 15c2-11 Restricted Securities

Just came across a reference to a letter sent out by TDAmeritrade about stocks that will be restricted to liquidation only, no new purchases starting mid-Aug.

The new requirements are the OTC issuers would make “current information” available to prospective investors. Issuers are reminded that the deadline for compliance is just around the corner.

Sounds like the new requirements will eliminate all of these ground floor Custodian plays before becoming pink current and provide current information to investors.

Anyone have any further knowledge on this or had any insight from Moody/Denunzio or other OTC Custodians?

Definitely not what I wanted to find out. I just opened an account at TDA specifically buy these custodian plays. But since its SEC rule, should be across the board... Thanks

DeNunzio Moody is in a class by itself…There are other custodians out there; SSM, Lazar, Alpharidge, etc, but they do not have the verifiable, consistent track record yet. SSM showed promise with how they managed the their latest one, AVVH. But DeNunzio is tops right now. Let’s make that money.

Loaded up on FTRK a few days ago -- broke above that 50 DMA. Still cheap. Denunzio spec with low float. Screaming buy at these levels IMO.

Jeffrey Denunzio filed a 10K document for another Japanese company named Ais Holdings Group, Inc. and owned by Takehiro Abe (previous name of the company was Superp Aquisitions Inc.). I don't see any connection with NXMH, BSPI, etc... Seems like it's an old deal since first documents are from 2017. Probably more a merging deal than a custo.
