B, one should really look deeper at the professional team and consultants who have joined the Montavo team and who will be joining. This is a significant form of validation that progress is occuring.

I understand those who are not convinced, public company that started QB, to Pink, to Gray to delisting. Why? Because this CEO, chose not to P&D and sought more conventional financing.

You are correct in your summary.

Others have read the funding incorrectly. The MDA is an EQUITY INVESTMENT, not a cash investment. This is why the software/product development is able to move forward, without a lot of cash. The real cash infusion won't happen until the product is developed.

On November 12, 2012, Montavo signed an equity software development agreement with a contract software development firm, to develop the Rev. 1.0 version of the retail Montavo Ad Analytics Platform (retailMAAP). The planned launch date of the Rev. 1.0 product (retailMAAP) is in the fall of 2013.

I have met members of the team and it is real, development is progressing. They have targets and hopefully they will hit them this fall. One thing for sure is that they are assembling a top notch team in anticipation of the fall launch. Yes, things still have to fall in place and there are no guarantees but the decision to refile or stay private is one that will come to pass as they come closer to their target launch date.

I've said it numerous times, Montavo needs cash and a viable product before things can really take off. I believe they are on the right track to accomplish this, no matter how painful it has been and is right now.

Just got off the phone with Brook. Here is what he said:

1. They are still in full product development.

2. They are about to bring on another advisor to act as a CFO.

3. They are still launching the product this fall.

4. Since they have not yet launched the product, it is still hard to raise funds.

5. The SEC said that since they haven't filed anything recently, MTVO had to file or go private.

6. Even though Brook doesn't have money for audits and filing paperwork, we still own our shares.

7. In the future, they may file again, or they may stay private going forward.

8. Bottom line, we still have our shares.
