Innovate's lead drug candidate, larazotide acetate (INN-202), has successfully met its primary endpoint in an efficacy clinical trial for celiac disease. Larazotide successfully completed the End of Phase 2 Meeting with the FDA to prepare for expected Phase 3 clinical trials for larazotide in celiac disease in late 2017. In clinical studies in more than 800 patients, larazotide demonstrated a favorable safety profile comparable to placebo, due to what Innovate believes is its lack of systemic absorption from the small bowel. Larazotide has received Fast Track designation from the FDA.

When is the deadline for the shareholders' proxy vote to merge with Innovate Bio pharmaceuticals. Looking to add a few more shares before the close of the proxy votes. I hope this little penny stock make a really big jump when the shareholders approve the merger. The name change is changing from Monster Digital to Innovate Biopharmaceuticals after the merge. Okay I can live with that. Just looking for a big jump in share price.

The body immune system attacking the gluten protein causes serious side affect when it also attack the small intestines wall because the gluten protein get attached to the small intestines walls, so while the enzyme the auto immune system use to attack and kill off the gluten protein attached to the intestines is also destroying the layer of the small intestines.

This cause serious side effects (allergy) a disease celiac, which cause side affect as fatigue, diarrhea, constipation, arthritis, headaches, depression, intestines ulcers, joint and abdominal and ect. The only treatment for gluten allergies was a gluten free diet (foods with gluten)no grandmom's home made biscuits, cookies, cakes, pies with dough crust, pancakes, anything made with wheat including flour from wheat, rye, barley.

Well all of this is about to come to an end with the drug develop by Innovate Biopharmaceuticals. They've the only drug to treat celiac so people can still enjoy their foods with gluten, other than going on a gluten free diet. Innovate and Monster Digital is merging together, with Monster Digital becoming the surviving company

Let's see will MSDI run again today. The company is merging with Innovate Biopharmaceuticals that has the only drug to treat Celiac Disease of the digestive system. They're release their phase III clinical study after merging with Monster Digital, Inc. Sound like a winner for Monster Digital shareholders (MSDI). keeping this one.

Wow, what a nice run MSDI had on Friday. according to the news today, Monster Digital, Inc has a very low out standing share count. the vote on the merger should help the share price skyrocket. According to last month PR Monster Digital, inc is merging with Innovate bio. A bio pharmaceutical company that has a clinical trial Phase III study drug to treat celiac disease. the only treatment now for the disease is a gluten free diet. Innovate has a drug that treat celiac disease without going on a gluten free diet.

This should be very interesting in the days to come watching the share price.

MSDI is now on the run. Monster Digital shareholders has a schedule vote for merging with Innovate bio, they're releasing a clinical phase III trial study for Celiac Disease, the only treatment for the disease is a gluten free diet. Innovate has the only trial study drug treatment of Celiac disease. I'm in @ .605 and adding. Don't miss out on the .60's this is going to run hard before the merger.

I look at that as well along with other catalyst when doing dd ... I sold a majority of shares of MSDI and put it into cer* I feel very confident of a merger and no rs at this point for cer* I feel strongly about it hitting $3 + before 19th!!!! Gltu and all

My interpretation of the 8-K is that Innovative and Monster recognize that any $5, or greater, outstanding warrants or options are worthless as they agreed to exclude them from the valuation calculation.

For purposes of calculating the exchange ratio, outstanding warrants and options of Monster with a per share exercise price of $5.00 or greater would be excluded from Monster’s capitalization, as described in the Merger Agreement. Affiliates of Monster have entered into agreements in support of the proposed transaction.

This also means that any warrants and options less than $5 WILL BE INCLUDED in the valuation, which is not good for current MSDI shareholders. Also, the calculations will be modified based on cash levels. Monster continues to burn through cash at a staggering rate. The only way they've stayed afloat is by dilution, issuing more shares to raise capital. Therefore, one can reasonably infer that without further dilution, the future amount of cash that Monster will have on hand will be lower than today. This will lower the value to current Monster shareholders.

What is the value of the reverse merger for current MSDI stockholders? IMHO the company today is worthless, a cash-flow mess, a dilution nightmare. The only value is that current investors might receive something for their current shares. I DO NOT SEE MSDI SHAREHOLDERS ENJOINING A PREMIUM FOR THEIR MSDI STOCK.
