I sold before I left today after that post when we could not hold $1.80's well a couple times and could not get over $2.00 solid and I agree the candle looks bad now but who knows what tomorrow will bring. The news is good. It is still on my watch list. I do see afterhours action.

Merger Value will likely be prorated. Current MSDI stockholders will receive around 10%- of the aggregate value of the post merged company and the current owners of Innovative Bio. will receive 90%+ of the post merged company. Consider that Innovative is currently privately held and they will keep their ownership value. When the reverse merger occurs, current Innovative owners will receive shares equal or greater than the value that they add to MSDI. Therefore, I don't see a lot of upside for current investors in MSDI. There was a great trading opportunity today, and there might be more in the future. If you're an investor do your DD. Time will tell.

If the merger is all about Innovative saving time and the cost of doing their own IPO, then perhaps they will spin off Monster to another company that has products in closer alignment with Monster.

In summary, I think that the value to MSDI's stockholders is the value of Monster today plus a small premium for being available for a reverse merger.

This merger values MSDI at $7.25 imo if my math is correct. Following biotech and this private company, this is a big win imo for Monster. Could be as high as $22 using other metrics.
