ok I will call you on that one. I bet, barring no news of course in which case all bets are off, that we dont reach 13 cents on Pink Current alone within a week after transitioning to that status. Now we may get some volume i'll give you that, but price no. People have had more than enough time to open up other accounts, plus Schwab is ripping people off with commissions and extra charges (extra charges on the sell side) for penny stocks
Since predicting price is a fools game as I have said many times, I guess that makes me a fool, but nonetheless, having a fun bet cant' hurt to pass the time. I am happy to be wrong of course
Well I check for any differences between this latest filing update and the previous one and there were none. Maybe we just keep uploading filings willy nilly in hopes that someone with the lever within the black box of OTC markets decides to pull it and allow Mirage to become Pink Current.
I mean also this is the second time that a report labeled quarterly for july 2022 and one for annual also labeled july 2022 were uploaded, when in fact they are literally the same report (annual is correct since fiscal year ends in July).
I dont know what to say about these events so I wont say anything. We're new at this Alternative Reporting stuff maybe?
couple older articles talk about Octavio's aspirations to be governor of Tabasco (his home state). Someone's going to need to replace him, hmm.
07/14/2022
In less than two weeks, the general director of Pemex Octavio Romero insisted, in private, that Andrés Manuel López Obrador will give him the candidacy for governor of Tabasco in 2024. It is a political fact because Romero is a direct competitor of the group of Adán Augusto López Hernández, who also intends to manage the succession in the southern entity.
Last weekend, in Villahermosa, during the Mexican Petroleum Congress, Romero took the opportunity to talk with businessmen in the sector and ensure that his interest in being governor is intact, although he also intends to deliver good accounts at Pemex.
This week in Washington DC there was a similar situation. In a conversation with some businessmen who traveled with the president to the appointment with Biden, Romero reminded them that in recent days 45 billion pesos in debt from suppliers of the state productive company were paid. He then began his plan to be governor.
This fixation, as it slides in the Pemex Tower, is also closely linked to the need to find refuge from certain operations of the oil company that could be reviewed in the next six-year term. Due to this plan, Javier May, close to Romero, will not be a candidate for a few months now.
Adán Augusto's favorite candidates are the head of the state Congress, Jaime Lastra, or the mayoress of Centro, Yolanda Osuna. Another possibility to succeed Carlos Merino would be the rector of the state university, Guillermo Narváez.

We do not know the future, from now to tomorrow the lottery is won or they say goodbye', he specified about his political aspirations towards 2024
Questioned about his political aspirations and the surveys that allegedly place him within the preference of the citizens towards Morena's candidacy for the government of Tabasco by 2024, the director of Petróleos Mexicanos (PEMEX), Octavio Romero Oropeza indicated that "still It's not the times."
The Federal official responded that for now he is only fully focused on his work at the head of the agency, "we do not know the future, from now to tomorrow they will win the lottery or say goodbye," he said.
It should be remembered that last July Romero Oropeza had acknowledged having an interest and did not rule out seeking Morena's candidacy for governor for 2024, but now he preferred not to touch on the subject.

Like they say, it could all be a Mirage, but at least shareholders can sell now if they don't want to risk losing whatever their shares are worth at the current price. Three weeks ago they were stuck.
Soon, it should be open for share purchases at the other big brokerages so let's see if we see another steady climb after that. GLTA!

No, preparing to install a new compressor on the LIFP.. gonna need a way to move my cash to a safe harbor. The boys in Fulton, who invested, are rethinking things. We just might be ok here, according to the good old boys...They have been in touch with fellow cartels south of the border. It appears Ward has a great team and plan..$$$gosergio$$$$gomrge$$$$
I’ll share them at A later date. As much as I wanted to “stay away”, I think we might have hit the “jackpot”. I’ll be very happy to sing at the top of my lungs that I was wrong when the time comes!
Go mrge
You crapping down both legs already? That’s your age at this point. Not that little article posted today.
Any good recipes for crow to share. We may all be dining on some.
Yes, toiletPP, the day of reckoning is coming..thank god I always used double ply..
Well I ve been eating crow for a weeks now. For the first time in a while I’m very hopeful, might be time for the pp’ers to unroll the certs from next to the toilet!

I know LOTS of people very interested to see what develops here
One of the quarterlies was refiled today. Gotta be getting close
I know many people that would be interested in buying this stock if and when it becomes pink current
Finding stuff like this is absolutely unbelievable..The tireless hours spent are mind blowing.. thank you so much!! I have never found much in mexico with no direction...just unbelievable.. I know people have paid to go to the Mexico energy summit,on their own dime, and reported to the board, now this..Lets set up a go fund me for the largest shareholder..
What are the upfront and minimum payments for the "binding": MOU?
Zero guarantees of anything at all. Binds nothing.
LOLOL!!!

Sir gasmask,I read the land to sea post incorrectly..It is indeed Hermes..so I know very little about Hermed. ..my apology..
Octavio Romero Director General of Pemex and Roccio Nahle Secretary of Energy want to leave their respective position as reported yesterday June 13th in REFORMA which is a major Mexican newspaper, amongst a number of others, including those that want to run for next President.
I had to actually get a paid subscription in order to be able to read the following, and at first I couldnt get it to work but I figured it out. Below is a screenshot from the front page of the publication.
"Also Rocío Nahle, responsible for the Ministry of Energy, would seek the Governor of Veracruz; and María Luisa Albores, from Semarnat, is promoted to candidate for Governor in Puebla"
"Of the officials of the Expanded cabinet are Zoé Robledo, director of the IMSS, who aspires to the candidacy in Chiapas; Javier May, from Fonatur, and Octavio Romero, from Pemex, those who are eager to apply in Tabasco."
Make your own conclusions from this information.
Without injecting a biased opinion, here is more info on what an MOU is:

Memorandum Of Understanding. Typical Stinky-Pinkyland bullshit to pump a "deal".
Sorry, what is a MOU?
Hermes is different..Land to Sea posted the website of Hermed..The figuring out the cast of characters has not been easy for me..But i believe there is one on instagram.
Is Grupo hermed the same has Grupo Hermes?
Can't find a hermed
Also are they represented by anyone in any of the pics, just curious
Sounds good to me Mac and I agree!
thank you
although, i do enjoy pushing back on da constant repeat at times but i truly never get a real discussion nor answer!
quite amusing
Go Mrge
It's all complete bullshit. It's a fact that some important people and organizations in Mexico just signed a BINDING MOU with little 'ol Michael Ward and Mirage Energy. Can anyone dispute that??? There are even pictures
It's also a fact that U.S. officials have dealt with Michael Ward and Mirage Energy.
It's all been discussed many times. Ignore the noise.
"more seasoned penny stock guys"
LOLOLOL!!!!!
Pennystock guys who have experience with multi-billion Dollar CONtracts - LOLOL!!!!
you did not answer my main question just the p.s. which was jet
ask da jet
"-" intrinsic knowledge and information ward has cultivated all these years"
And what is that SPECIFICALLY?
Lay it ~OUTT in specifics.
I think some of the more seasoned penny stock guys on this board would disagree with you. The claim his work is unparalleled in this field
Perhaps, butt are you 100 % positive in such a statement?
Is there anything that you can think of that the power players in Mx can benefit by having MW involved in some way, shape or form?
How does Mx do business, who usually benefits from such decisions....
may not be the case but peeps who make such decisions will benefit somehow, in some way, in some shape or form, imo
Either way, the big guns will come in and probably do the projects whoever is da main/general contractor?
Go Mrge
P.S. or like da jet says-" intrinsic knowledge and information ward has cultivated all these years"
LOLOL!!!! CMW has nuttin!
Butt lies.
Al those slide decks all y'all have are public domain.
AND this is MEXICO!!
C'mon, man - nobuddy needs CMW for nuttin.
I get that. But let’s say that company doesn’t have the intrinsic knowledge and information ward has cultivated all these years
There is no reason for CMW to be involved at all.
Mexico would CONtract directly with a real company.
Completely agree with you. What would you say if ends up partnering with another company, and Ward just goes along for the ride
You raised one of many reasons why it is absurd to believe that Mexico would ever award CMW any project CONtract. No politician or gummint bureaucrat (or any business person) would enter into CONtract for tens or hunnerts or millions of Dolars with a one-man company with no assets.
For ONE reason, because if that no-asset company breached the CONtract, such as failure to perform, there is no monetary recourse for damages as one cannot get blood from a rock. Nobuddy wants to be to blame for that scandal.
And this is why you never, ever, in my experience, see a one-man company with no significant experience, no track wreckord of success, and lacking substantial assets to go after in a CONtract dispute EVER be awarded a tens/hunnerts of millions US Dollar CONtract. Because it would be ridiculous to do so.
The CMW story is nott even remotely bleevble.
Jeez, that was a big leap of faith in a penny stock. Good luck this time. I hope your sources are better informed this time
Mac - with you 1000%! I’ve been following and invested in mrge over the last 3+ years! Unfortunately I’ve sold over 4mm shares for a complete loss over the last 2 years, both liquidations was on 12/31 waiting till the last minute for my capital losses. Always painful! Have been slowly rebuilding my position but nowhere near where I was a few years ago. My cost basis was $0.27 but am now sitting around $0.09. I’m hearing good things from my friends in MX city and hope we can regain the momentum we once had!!! Thx for your response as you are one of only a few posters here I actually read and trust.
Yep, MOU with a stinky pinky do n not mean anything. Old Grifter ward in probably selling private placement shares for a discounted price . That is the only action here. Then they flip them to retail boys for a profit
Good morning everyone!
It’s Groundhog Day once again!
$519 in the bank. That isn’t going to get much done
Good point little 'ol Mirage only needs one of those projects to be hugely rewarding for shareholders, but they are intertwined so all 3 is possible
Macod, you summed things up very well..But what is being forgotten is MRGE Signed an MOU to build out three separate projects! We are not intending on being a one trick pony.. So if we get one out of three, one might say, we are golden! Of course I see things in a grander scale.. $$$ go Sergio$$$go MRGE$$$
Hey jstath, I hear you. I'm not one that has much trust in government, especially with who is at the helm. But these Mirage projects made sense before Covid. Post Covid, there are even greater global implications and necessity with the US wanting to move much of their manufacturing and other industries (semiconductors, medicine, etc.) to Mexico from China. Add to that the Ukraine war and implications for Europe desperately needing additional natural gas resources.
The Panama canal issues are just more icing on the cake and something that seems to get worse every year. And not sure if you remember but when Mirage previously announced their projects they showed a comparison to travel time using the MX Isthmus vs Panama Canal so that clearly is a driver.
So of course nothing is certain but things are looking like they will happen IMO. But I tend to usually look at the glass half full
Use a program called WinMerge for Windows....it's so much easier...and it's freeware. Been using it for years when doing text or file comparisons.
If the documents are PDF, just do a CTRL-A to highlight all text and copy and paste the text on the left-side window. You do the same for the modified version and paste it on the right-side window. The comparison has to be text, not an image, but the program can also be used to compare files within 2 folders to see which files changed within the folders. You can even customize it to ignore spaces and tabs.

For PPers with 12+ month aged restricted shares, IF and when MRGE becomes current, you can get 24 hour turnaround Rule 144 opinion letters from STEPHEN ROBERTS.

It will be a race to the theater fire exit door, so best to be first or at least early. I am unaware of anyone else who promises 24 hour 144 opinions.
I would think its possible that tomorrow we become Pink Current, or thursday, meaning trading as early as tomorrow but more likely Thurs or Friday. Unless theres more changes to be done, that's always possible.

The following table is a reference to how one might come up with PPS for Mirage. There are obviously a lot of variables here, but since PPS is often talked about in terms of PE ratio, I thought I would use that as a guide.
I assumed the outstanding count would climb to around 650 million, where 200 mill preferred shares are held by the CEO and not traded, and so I also did a calculation based on 450 million also.
The worst case scenario in the table is 200 mill net earnings and a P/E ratio = 10, yielding a $3 stock. I say worst case in light of P/E ratio where ratios of other midstream pipeline companies.

US-based Mirage Energy discussed a 786Bcf storage project with MBN last year. With a capacity as large as this, the project would immediately become the largest single natural gas storage facility in North America. “We are not developing this only as a strategic reserve but as a commercial operation of which industrial players can benefit,” said CEO Michael Ward. As of June 2020, funding for the project has been secured. Now, all Mexico’s government would need to do is give it a green light.
