wow, I was able to do a diff between both files by scrolling both at the same time using my TOUCH SCREEN on my laptop instead of clicking and mousing, man was that so much easier, FINALLY using my touch screen for something useful !!!

Looking at the Annual report for July 2022, the difference I see is now Powerup Lending has Curt Kramers name added whenever its listed, as well listing Sadru Karim's name (its now spelled Sadrudin instead of Sadru from previous times I have seen it in SEC filings) as well as his residence in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada instead of Fremont, CA.

It was signed with the right date 6/12/2023 thats refreshing get a date right.

Was that really necessary to do, seriously?
