the market already priced in 200 bips in rate cuts through next September 2025

that means stocks are FULLY VALUED at 5700 on SP 500 and the QQQs are way overpriced

fair value for SP 500 is 4400-4700 at best

ceo just on cnbc. monster bullish. he did interview or read somewhere that he expects $8 in next 12 mths then 12$ in 24 mths. i estimated the last 2 earnings growing at 20% to fit into that $8. which will be higher. he is sold out on hbm for two years. all those chips going into nvda blackwell. 30 pe gets to 240/360

Here is a good scale to limit risk and keep you from getting too crazy
Stocks trading $10-20 buy 20-30 options for .25-.50 risk is $500-1500
Stocks trading $21-50 buy 10-20 options for .50-1.00 risk is $500-2000
Stocks trading $51-100 buy 5-10 options for 1.00-2.00 risk is $500-2000
Stocks trading $101-200 buy 2-5 options for 2.00-5.00 risk is $400-2500
Stocks trading $201-500 buy 1-2 options for 5.00-10.00 risk is $500-2000
Stocks trading $501-1000 buy 1 option for 10.00-15.00 risk is $1000-1500
Only buy reasonably priced options, only risk about $1000 for a full position and buy in stages($500 is half position, $1000 is full position, and $2000 is double position)
