OK, so looking into it today a bit further. If it gets to $38, I think it gets to $48. Dividend is increasing regularly. 2019 was to be a down year for them with a rebound building in 2020.
Let me know if it gets to $38 and I'll take a position. TIA

Double resistance currently at $48, so I guess there may be a short term play here. But not for me. I'm not a bottom fisher.

Dunno. The long term trend line it is hitting is so long term I don't like to use it. The stock could be a great buy right here, or they could cut the dividend and it could fall much further.
While I am prone to say it surely must be a decent buy here based on price and dividend, I'm not sure I'm ready to take the plunge.
I do like the idea of 4% dividend while waiting for recovery.

Yep, it has broken support for sure (as has just about everything today). A good reason to wait before buying anything. My belief is, I'd rather be a bit late with a better success rate, than to try to pick a bottom and be right less often.

Thanks for pointing it out. Current support at $35.25 or so. Not sure I'm enough of a gambler to try to buy in at a possible bottom. I'd rather see it hit support and bounce up. I think there is plenty of time on this one.
