OK, so looking into it today a bit further. If it gets to $38, I think it gets to $48. Dividend is increasing regularly. 2019 was to be a down year for them with a rebound building in 2020.
Let me know if it gets to $38 and I'll take a position. TIA
P.S. Getting to $42 might be the start of a cup and handle
