It hasn't even been a week and we're already on the cusp of pre-FS trading levels. That didn't take long...

It will be interesting to see what kind of volume this attracts, after a few weeks of trading with this new share structure... Remember the Boards goal with this FS was to "increase liquidity".

Book Value is about $24 a share... it's a treat when a bank is trading above that. Pre-split book value was $480.

Whelp, I'm a little late on this news... but this explains the volume the last few days, and why so many big blocks showed up exiting their positions.

I preferred the share structure as is... and the tiny share structure was the reason I invested in the first place...

Lets see if it actually accomplishes what the Board intended... increasing liquidity and increasing investor interest... From a personal standpoint it accomplishes the opposite.

Board of Directors approved an increase in its quarterly cash dividend to $3.15 per share. The
dividend is payable on February 26, 2021, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on

Butler County bank changes its name, federal charter

Mars National Bank in Mars, Butler County, changed its name to Mars Bank after switching from a federally-chartered to state-chartered institution in June. The change will not affect the way the bank operates with customers. Customer checks and debit cards will only be replaced with ones bearing the new name as part of the normal reorder or renewal process, the bank said in a note to customers. The institution will continue to be insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp.
