Whelp, I'm a little late on this news... but this explains the volume the last few days, and why so many big blocks showed up exiting their positions.

I preferred the share structure as is... and the tiny share structure was the reason I invested in the first place...

Lets see if it actually accomplishes what the Board intended... increasing liquidity and increasing investor interest... From a personal standpoint it accomplishes the opposite.
