LATF is another fraudulent MJ stock IMHO.
great board... any [new] investor the the MMJ sector needs to read this before following the herd...
lots and lots of gems out there, but far more are built on quick sand.
glta...and remember, happy thoughts!
I understood you completely.
Sorry I meant the Marijuana sector not the actual stock MJ :P
Not really true mj corp in my eyes, they only grabbed a partnership with a shop because they were threatened to be removed from the mmj sector socially. International import / export company that never had even remotely anything to do with mj, until they saw an emerging market getting flooded with dozens of others trying to ride coat tails.
Aside this , coffee crops had that virus or bacteria (whatever) , and they took a massive hit right before they took the dive. Imagine that.
Still MJ, too many jizz farts are still springing up and trapping new investors. In any case with the couple that got suspended already earlier this year I think companies will go back to pumping Bitcoin and let the real MJ companies do their thing.
There are so many that jumped in the sector just prior to the 'green rush' of 2014 anyone of them late comers , where nothing else had been working for them.
If my arm were twisted - coffee, tea, schlong pills, mmj, aluminum, what is it today ?
Any guess on who is to get the axe next in the mj industry crickets?
Oh my goodness. Looks like I found yet another place to go to get all the real info anyone needs to invest.
That's an arrogant statement. How do you KNOW you've been investing longer?
I agree bro! Idiot investors think we're out to bash, we're not bashing we've just been in the game LONGER and know MORE than they do about this POS turd buckets.
Glad to see this board gaining momentum... Alot of POS pot companies out there glad to see a few SMART, REALITY-CHECK investors out there that see what I'm seeing...
Is it possible ERBB shorted their own stock and then they cover their short sales whenever they put out news to create the illusion buyers are coming in because of news...
Like this is what I mean..
step 1: short erbb at 2 cents.
step 2: wait for the pps of the stock to crash or make it crash by selling shares. ( tell the debenture debt holders to slowly sell and make the pps crash )
step 3: put out news then cover short sales. the people they are buying shares from ( covering short sales) are the debenture debt holders.
I've never shorted before so maybe thats not how shorting works Idk what do you guys think?
SEC Charges Four Promoters with Manipulating Marijuana-Related Stocks and Other Microcap Companies
http://www.sec.gov/litigation/complaints/2014/comp-pr2014-159.pdf
Washington D.C., Aug. 5, 2014 — The Securities and Exchange Commission today charged four promoters with ties to the Pacific Northwest for manipulating the securities of several microcap companies, including marijuana-related stocks that the agency has warned investors about in recent weeks.
The SEC alleges that the four promoters bought inexpensive shares of thinly traded penny stock companies on the open market and conducted pre-arranged, manipulative matched orders and wash trades to create the illusion of an active market in these stocks. They then sold their shares in coordination with aggressive promotional campaigns that urged investors to buy the stocks because the prices were on the verge of rising substantially. However, these companies had little to no business operations at the time. The promoters reaped more than $2.5 million in illegal profits through their schemes.
Two of the companies manipulated in this case – GrowLife Inc. and Hemp Inc. – claim to be related to the medical marijuana industry. The SEC has issued an investor alert warning about possible scams involving marijuana-related investments, noting that fraudsters often exploit the latest growth industries to lure investors into stock manipulation schemes. Other schemes by these four promoters involved an oil-and-gas company – Riverdale Oil and Gas Corporation – and three other microcap stocks, ISM International, Allied Products Corp, and Aden Solutions.
The SEC was able to unearth the schemes through the work of its recently created Microcap Fraud Task Force.
“Our Microcap Fraud Task Force is taking direct aim at abusive practices and serial violators within the microcap markets like these four promoters seeking to exploit retail investors for personal gain,” said Michael Paley, co-chair of the SEC’s Microcap Fraud Task Force. “In this case, we meticulously reviewed trading records and developed the evidence necessary to connect these four promoters and their coordinated trading efforts.”
The SEC’s complaint filed in federal court in Tacoma, Wash., charges the following individuals:
Mikhail Galas, a stock promoter who lives in Vancouver, Wash.
Alexander Hawatmeh, a member of Worthmore Investments LLC, which owns a stock promotion website called stockhaven.com. He formerly lived in Vancouver and currently resides in Lincoln City, Oregon.
Christopher Mrowca, a stock promoter who operates Money Runners Group LLC, which has an affiliated stock promotion website called MoneyRunnersGroup.com. He lives in Bradenton, Fla.
Tovy Pustovit, who owns a stock promotion website called Explosive Alerts. He also lives in Vancouver.
In a parallel action, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Washington announced criminal charges against Galas, Hawatmeh, and Mrowca.
According to the SEC’s complaint, GrowLife Inc. was part of a broader online promotion of several marijuana-related stocks in early 2014. Mrowca specifically promoted GrowLife through his Money Runners Group website and predicted that the stock price would nearly double. Mrowca, Galas, and Hawatmeh meanwhile engaged in manipulative trading designed to increase the price and volume of GrowLife stock, and they later sold their shares for illicit profits.
Similarly, the SEC alleges that Hawatmeh, Galas, and Mrowca bought and sold approximately 41.7 million shares of Hemp Inc. in January and February 2014 while the stock was actively promoted on the Internet. For example, one Internet tout on February 6 claimed that Hemp could reach “a REAL Possible Gain of OVER 2900%.” During the promotion, Hawatmeh, Mrowca, and Galas engaged in manipulative wash trades and matched orders to manipulate Hemp’s common stock before selling their shares for illegal gains.
“This was a carefully planned operation by Galas, Hawatmeh, Mrowca, and Pustovit to distort the performance of specific penny stocks as they were simultaneously promoted through social media and the Internet. As the companies’ stock prices increased, these four promoters opportunistically dumped their shares for illicit gains,” said Amelia A. Cottrell, associate director in the SEC’s New York Regional Office.
The SEC’s complaint charges Galas, Hawatmeh, Mrowca and Pustovit with violating antifraud provisions of the federal securities laws. The SEC seeks temporary, preliminary, and permanent injunctions along with an emergency asset freeze, disgorgement, prejudgment interest, financial penalties, and orders barring the promoters from participating in a penny stock offering.
The SEC’s complaint names Nadia Hawatmeh as a relief defendant for the purposes of recovering ill-gotten gains in her brokerage account, which was used by the promoters to conduct some of their manipulative trades.
The SEC’s investigation has been conducted by Michael Paley, Eric M. Schmidt, Mona Akhtar, Joseph Darragh, and Tejal Shah. The case was supervised by Ms. Cottrell, and the litigation will be led by David Stoelting. The SEC appreciates the assistance of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Washington, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.

That is so true - thinking a company that has filed a Form 15 and gone dark and add in the TA is gagged is almost 100% guaranteed to be a scam.
There is now close to 260 companies that have changed their business model to try and catch the magic of the MMJ sector.
In January 2013 there were 10 or so MMJ companies.
11 weed tickers have been suspended - the SEC and FINRA have issued warnings about marijuana stocks.
The Canadian Securities Administrators have issued a warning about medical marijuana stocks. This is their first warning since 2001!
That includes the time when everyone was converting into a gold mining company.
I have looked at many of the weed companies and there are only a couple that might have a chance at being a real company.
One problem is that with all good intentions the insiders see it is much easier to make a great deal of money selling shares as opposed to building a real business.
Obviously B##hing in the pennystocks allows you to be more honest in the PennyStocks than P##ping. With 99% of Pennystocks being scams, and 99.5% of Pot Pennystocks being scams... Calling these company's scams is like calling the Sun Hot.
ERBB is such a CLASSIC study in PennyScams, one could practically get their PHD in Pennyscams by studying ERBB alone in their various incarnations and the techniques they have employed at every stage.
Unfortunately for people trying to pick a bottom to play this stock, Nobody has done much "engineering" of runs post-tax season, and the speculation is SEC scrutiny putting a chill for the time being on such.
Therefore the easiest way for company insiders to turn a quick buck is to have silent associates take out short positions on their behalf, and dilute their own stock in order to drop the price.
I'm not sure what the motivations are but you guys get a bad rap compared to the pumpers for these stocks...they pump the sheep to buy and get encouragement from the very people they are ripping off.
So true IBPK. We take a lot of abuse for telling the truth about the ridiculous scam stocks, but I do truly feel like it is a mission for me (and I am sure you feel the same) to encourage people to cut their losses and take the life lesson away.
Well someone has to save investors from being mislead and lied to. At this point Im pretty sure only an idiot would be buying that turd. I feel sorry for anyone who bought or will buy that stock over 1 cent.... Oh well I tried to warn them 1 cent and under is coming ever since 6 cents. If they lose any more money they have no one to blame but themselves...
Bagholders will always be in denial, they want to give their garbage to new investors that have no clue, which is why our job is so important end the vicious cycle.
It amazes me that some people are still in denial about that stock. Idk man I have a feeling a few people on that board are paid promoters. I've shown them mountains of proof that stock is a turd yet they never stop saying "erbb long". LOL
A MUST READ!
USA TODAY REPORTER DID A GOOD JOB DESCRIBING THE RECENT POT EXPLOSION, FEATURED IN THE ARTICLE ONE OF OUR FAVORITE SCAMS $ERBB.
Excellent Article
lmao I am posting a sticky in here for all to read, very good read not just on that cat turd $ERBB

CHECK OUT MY NEW POST ON THE TURD BOARD MIB! LOL I cant stop laughing. BOOM the truth has finally been revealed :D http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/Profile.aspx?user=441475
IMO The primary reason Washington State Licensing was not acted on by certain broker-dealers dealing in Pot Scams we know and love, and specializing in gaming up the prices thereof is not the problems that Washington State Experienced (i.e. lateness and slowness of issuing, lack of product etc.)
The main reason is SEC Heat. The recent SEC statements of mission and actions, have put a chill on the whole game. MM's are minding their P's and Q's much more than usual. IMO this may (more speculative) account for broader absence of manipulation in the penny's post tax-season (May, June... etc.)
Yep ERBB DEFINITELY ABOUT TO JOIN THE RANKS OF THE DEAD!!!...I LIKE THIS BOARD TOO!!!
A simple way to figure what is REAL and what is SPECULATION is AUDITED FILINGS....
ANY MJ company that DOES NOT file AUDITED is BUYER BEWARE
Yes and the R/S will facilitate the move up to a higher exchange because of the higher pps.
Lol yup I have definitely seen my share of suspensions, my favorites are still R/Ss because people always believe the CEO is a God send and did it for the good of the shareholders.
I am sure you have. I have done my DD and my research is solid. The fact that they were just approved for a name change helps a lot. Plus, they have NEVER been a shell. 95%+ of the stocks on the pinks have been shells.
Yep. Heard THAT before.
This ain't my first rodeo and I've seen plenty of suspensions that "will never happen".
No Chance in the world ERBB gets halted
I lost a nice chunk of change on that POS. Definitely learned my lesson after my experience. Now a days I only flip mj stocks. Overall I still made a good amount of money flipping mj stocks. Its pretty easy to make 5-10 percent gains on some of them Imo
LOL dude I think its funny rat is pumping both ERBB and FITX. Imo both companies are at best deceptive businesses .... In the end none of them are making a dime off mj. The only people making money in these stocks are flippers and the people who are getting issued shares at huge discounts...
So Wash state is legal now and a LOT of mj stocks way down
