I noticed that but just bearly. This definitely is one of the least volatile mj penny stocks I have seen ( at least for now ). I remember this used to be going up or down at least 5 percent every day. Now all it seems to do is tick up or down around 1 percent. Not sure if that is a good thing or bad thing. It might make flippers less interested in this stock since they can not make as much of a profit in a short period of time..

Well I understand why you are still pumping that p0s stock. You are not in the red yet.... A lot of investors bought in at 2-10 cents and have now became bag holders. If you keep holding I believe you will become a bagholder too... :) Even at 0.0030-0.0060 most of the debenture debt holders are up 500-1000 percent. I am almost 100 percent positive they will continue to slowly dump onto the market even at that low pps.

Another company that actually has the resources to get the job done without having to issue billions of shares should get that license IMHO. This companies' financial condition is mediocre at best.

If you want to see why ERBB is a terrible investment...
1. Look at all their filings on OTC. You will see they issued BILLIONS of shares at a huge discount. Another thing is the company has never seemed to turn a profit. Every filing I read all I saw was net losses...

2. Look at their prs. Look at all of them in the past 10 YEARS and you will see a lot of them were full of false and misleading statements that never actually happened and probably never will... Another thing is look at what they used to be touting back in the day. They pumped their old failed products the exact same way they have been pumping ZAZZZ. In the end they just moved on to the next "revolutionary" product... LOL

Investopedia explains 'Death Spiral'

This type of loan is undertaken by companies that desperately need cash. It is called a death spiral because companies' stocks often plunge drastically after they take on these types of loans. It is important to note that death spirals often allow buyers to convert the bonds into shares at a fixed conversion ratio in which the buyer has a large premium.

For example, a bond with a face value of $1,000 may have a convertible value of $1,500, which means that a bondholder will receive $1,500 dollars worth of equity for giving up the $1,000 bond.

However, upon a conversion, more shares are created, which dilutes the share price. This drop in price may cause more bond holders to convert, because the lower share price means that they will be receiving more shares. Any further conversions will cause more price drops as the supply of shares increases, causing the process to repeat itself as the stock's price spirals downward.

Is SunnComm A Sham?
SunnComm has been well known among folks who follow the copy protection space, due to their well-hyped product, which is also easily defeated by holding down the shift key. However, the company is apparently also famous in some circles for a variety of somewhat sketchy financial moves that have some wondering if the company is really just a big stock scam. The Register tries to take a pretty in-depth look at the story behind SunnComm's financial dealings. They point to a variety of questionable transactions (reverse mergers and the like), press releases on deals that never actually showed up, and associations with people accused of fraudulent dealings by the SEC. Having heard much of this before, SunnComm's CEO (surprisingly) got on the phone with the reporter and responded to each question, trying to make the case that, while mistakes have been made, the company is legitimate and is moving forward. Of course, recent announcements about new technology purchases seem to have gone nowhere, so it is increasingly sounding like a pump-and-dump type deal. There are simply too many announcements that turned out to be nothing in the end.

Scary. It appears Jacobs continues to walk (drunken stagger?)a very fine line on what is lawfull and waht is not. He likely may (or may not) believe his "spin," but the number of events and issues he and his little operation constantly have to face seem rather bizarre. If the technology is so great, why is it not adopted in an industry that could clearly use it. Perhaps it is a great product with a lousy sales and marketing effort? Surely they are trying to sell it to more than BMG? Aren't there other record company's who might use it? Perhaps they have not got around to contacting these other company's yet.

So what of the SEC? They appear to be very lenient to a company that clearly flauts the fine line they walk. When I last looked up the major shareholders, (those with the most to gain)- Peter Jacobs, George Fancher, John Shebanow, Al Golusin, Bill Grafham...they all seem to be working the angles for personal gain...that is... the highest stock price...at whatever cost.

Having met some of these colorful but shady characters, I can not say I am surprised at the poor progress over the past 4 years. I feel bad for the 262 smaller shareholders who are being tossed about in the sea of no competence. You have to ask "why" a CEO who is clearly of limited ability, is not tossed out by the board?

Therein may lie your answer. Watch Sunncomm to see what the next turn might bring. I am sure it will be interesting, VERY creative, and highly entertaining.
