do you still have some? I thought you dumped the whole position.
I doubt it takes off too much before a reverse merge announced and if it does it will return back down.
Still think we get a chance to get some cheaper, though I like having some in hand in case they announce something soon.
Mack
:) AMDI has had .0023 sellers and holds very strong. It WILL imo take a leg up soon and if not ... then a chance to get some cheaper cheapies :)
Couldn't have phrased that any better myself Pat!

Looks like a decent merger most are just pissed because the CRIMINAL (should be investigated by SEC) owner issued himself HUGE amounts of shares for the forgiveness of miniscule debt owed to him.
Im just pissed and all the other holders (I assume) are still pissed as well. I think we will get a nice play out of it but I would have recieved more satisfaction by seeing the owner lawyer tarred and feathered. JMO .... LOL
and possibly has alot to do with the lack of any enthusiasm.

Very Curious on MOAT
Someone selling constantly for some time.
All of a sudden with the 8K describing selling a small Alabama oil interest the seller disappears and the MM's run the ask back up on no volume.
Seems like the seller sharpened up his pencil
Yep. Bid keeps building. I hope it shakes a bit as well but acts like it wont.
The .003's+ might still be a stellar pickup. Really looks nice and gapping this a.m.
Been watching and wondering the same on MOAT.
AMDI does looks like a good hold
And I intend to buy more when its on sale.
I suspect it will do around a 1:100 RS eventually, but that would give it a 65,000 share float. And they may let it run before it does so.
DOMS finally stopped selling MOAT, MOAT sold a gas interest for cash and attracted some buying. Will have to see if they keep selling more. It's hard to tell right now if they are getting more or less than the book value of the interest, but I am hopeful.
AMDI looks really good. Plenty of support at .002 and ask side is very nice.
Started Collecting AMDI at .0025
Initial purchases made, will collect more if it drops, will load up truck if it hits .0015
Details:
- A shell looking for a merger
- 340M OS
- Some insider options at .0009
- ~200K Cash
- 65M Float
- Float Capitalization = $162K at .0025
AMDI did a large REGDEX 0f 275M shares a few months ago which resulted in a change in control of the company. The new buyers paid in $250K so I doubt they intend to let it sit for too long.
Always like a shell with cash, reduces incentive for majority shareholders to dump shares.
MOAT approaching bargain status!
DOMS has been viciously dumping shares over the past two weeks, driving the ASK down to .022 which gives this a market cap less than $400,000.
Company released a DEF14A yesterday setting their annual meeting for August 7th. In it they show OS still at 17.36M and no sign of insider selling as of yesterday.
I would not be surprised to see DOMS continue to drive this lower and I plan to help him unload piece by piece on the way down. One of two things will happen, he'll either stop unloading or I'll end up at 4.99%.
Mack
I did buy 100 of the BLII the other day with you.
Still showing in my Ameritrade account as N/A*, too funny
LOL, I have hardly been trying at all over the past few months and they've been really good ones!
Mack
Someones seems to be collecting ADCC
Always like it when less common MM's are playing on the bid of a stock. NETW, VNDM and VERT are all chasing shares.
10QSB is due, this will be interesting as it should clear up some of the confusion of the 10KSB and hopefully provide some information on the paying off of liabilities that was done in January.
Mack
LOL. doing my nightly DDing. Yea quite the mover. later mack.
Your are fast Pat!
CMCY was pretty wild this week, nice job!
Someone keeps nibbling at KTWO, not me.
Gotta run!
Mack
evening Mr. Mack. :)
MOAT 10QSB out today.
Tone seems like they are a bit discouraged with their oil prospects, restricted by their debt covenents and state the board is looking at future direction of the company.
Still have over $900K stockholder equity and current market cap less than $500K.
So sell the petroleum and gas interests, pay back the loan and become a shell
Sell the well, become a shell....
Mack
I think its a perennial runner. The company is dare I say... REAL. LOL
Wow! nice day for CMCY today!
Good Job!
Hey mack. the CMCY Reverse merger looks stellar imo.
I was DOMS patsy today
There was a big seller of MOAT going through DOMS today and I stepped to plate (again) to help them out.
Never claimed to be too smart....
Mack
Agree people in the POS markets fear RS's far more then need be UNLESS they are a dilutive POS> definetly looks good for a holder IMO>
Bought a taste of HOMI late in the day
Saw you were collecting this before and I am a sucker for a 1/2 price sale.
Looks like unhappiness with the 1:5 reverse split. Heck most shells reverse split and most have far worse companies to merge into.
A company that tries to take as much money out of your pocket as they can, can't be so bad!
Mack
Noticed that. Very odd. I THINK the gap down was some dipchit setting a premarket sell ... the rest was just an MM attempt to shake a few IMO>
Ya how bout that!
Actually an interesting day for REIC
Two new MM's show up, CLYP and PERT
Most interesting is NITE did not come out at all to play today, hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!
Mack
IBOX finally updated
Repeating changes here to record for posterity.
General Outlook - Defensive
Available cash already at highest levels to date and plan is to continue to build cash for deployment no earlier than end of year.
Current favorites in order (May 1):
1) REIC - 0.23 x 0.40 - (shell)4.6M OS - 1.0M float
The shell has been sold, the dividend has been paid. Price up nicely. Now we see if the new owners have a business plan with story. Plenty of potential upside remaining with favorable developments.
2) DNRR - 3.55 x 10.00 -(Shell) 1.0M OS - 70K float
Has had a nice run up, still waiting for a reverse merger though it does seem reasonably close. Upside more limited due to prior reverse split, but 70K float is nice.
3) KTWO - 0.065 x 0.07 (Shell) 4.9M OS - 2.4M float
One of the cheapest cleanest current shells. Still accumulating under 5 cents.
4) MOAT - 0.032 x 0.0375 (Oil) 17M OS - 13M float
A puzzler to me, has not participated in any oil speculation ramp. Probably because it actually reports rather than a pink sheet hyperrama. Will keep accumulating when discounted
5) ADCC - 0.08 x 0.11 (Shell) 2.8M OS - 1.4M float
Expect this to get E back soon. Recent 10KSB was chock full of holes. Still there were references to eliminating existing liabilities which may signal movement to a reverse merger.
hah. LOL> agree looks very good post divvy as well ... the anticipation of the new compnay will aid to run it nicely imo :)

REIC - Looks like more likely happening soon!
The following statement in yesterdays SC_13D is quite interesting:
6.5 Closing Date. Notwithstanding any provision herein to the contrary, the parties hereto agree that the Closing shall occur on or before April 29, 2005 and that time is of the essence with respect to such date.
Now that sure gets my attention! Normally after a dividend, the price will back down by the amount of the dividend. But as this one was announced at the last minute and new events are likely, any reduction in price will likely bring in new buyers.
As for the nice Dividend! Who woulda thunk it? :) I already got the cash in one of my accounts.
Good job to you to Pat! Sure wasn't many of us playing this one.
Still keeping a mostly defensive posture overall and intend to further build cash when core holdings make a run (except for financing the Sunroom my wife wants to build).
Gotta spend some time cleaning up the board this weekend, looking a little dated :)
Mack
Understand that. Very ugly out there. I think we have a mini rally next week though.
DNRR bid supported today. I was on it for awhile but decided to see what happens as the spread is big (beside the bidder are 2.50) and might get a few dipchit whackers and get some cheapies. :)
No just busy with my day job and trying not to pay too much attention what seems to be alot of market uglyness.
Still loaded with all my holds, they haven't run but they haven't broke down either.
Good chance at this point the story with DNRR will soon be clearer.....
Mack
I was going to message you tonight but thought you where MIA. LOL> yea. Man .... NO SHAKE on it on RS announcement!!!! darnit. I wouldve liked some more.
DNRE is DNRR Tomorrow
The 1:10 Split will be effective
Merge that new company in!
Mack
DNRE -- As of March 18, 2005, 9,289,647 shares of the Issuer's $0.001 par value common stock were outstanding and the aggregate market value of the shares held by non-affiliates was approximately $178,696 based upon a closing bid price on March 18, 2005 of $0.28 per share of common stock on the OTC Bulletin Board. :)
Yes he does!!!
I saw in the last 10KSB he lent the company $5k for filings, wonder how many shares that is going to end up being!
Mack
SCUMBAG for sure, needs to be reported, thief imo
Thanks bud. Glad some stuff is going up as this summer will be a poor one IMO and I need a bit more liquidity :) todamoon on EVERYTHING you own!!!
Congrats PDC!!!!!!!!!!!
Thats a beautiful thing!
Nice job!
Mack
:) Got those 3 bags today!!! Im a friggin psychic. LOL
Simply amazing. Criminal SOB. Dont stop it from running hard on a merger but.......
Fran gettin jiggy on the bid of REIC
First time in a long time that any MM other than NITE was on the bid.
ABCI-MPHR-MTPH - Mark Baum CEO Hall of Shame.
This post just for the record, maybe it will remind some of us some day in the future.
Mark Baums personal ABCI-MPHR-MTPH retirement plan:
My main beef are his last "gifts" to himself. There certainly should be some kind of consideration for the "fair value" of a transaction. These transactions described below just should be considered "theft from shareholders"
Transaction A
-------------
(all share amounts approximate)
1) Baum owns 51 Million shares out of 100 million
2) Baum RS's the stock 1:200, now MPHR
3) Baum now owns 250K shares out of 500K
4) Baum awards himself 4 Million shares to erase a $30,000 debt which was phantom in itself as it was created by Baum billing for his time at a lawyers rate.
5) Baum leaves a $10,000 debt for fun - see transaction 2
6) Baum now owns 4.25M shares out of 4.5Million
7) Conclusion: For $30,000, Baum awards himself 800% of the outstanding stock of the corporation. This means the effective market cap of the original post split 500K shares of MPHR was a total of $30K/8 or $3800 dollars
8) How can the SEC allow this?
This brings us to Transaction 2
9) Another reverse split of 1:25, now MTPH
10) Baum now owns 170K out of 180K shares
11) Remember that $10K debt, Baum does
12) Baum awards himself 300K shares to erase $10K debt
13) Baum now owns 470K out of 480K shares
14) Conclusion: For virtual $10,000 (billed by him), Baum awards himself 166% of the outstanding shares once again. This says the effective market cap of the original 180K MTPH shares was once again less than $4000.
By slight of hand, he now owns over 98% of the company, all shareholders completely shafted.
You can be sure Baum will sell the whole thing for at least half a million dollars (this time real). Then I am sure he will try this again with another stock.
I too had some ABCI and I can only hope that the keepers of the karma of life will provide Mark Baum his just desert.
Not going out of my way to seek out new stuff to buy right now. Think better prices will be available down the road for "buy and hold".
Not selling any of my holds either, nothing much for me has run of late but I still feel good about their potential.
MACk
I am thinking ETIG might be a good lotto ticket.... worth a look here.... IMO .015x.03 and I bought .02 and .03's.
Nice interuptation. I didnt get to read in detail and am currently on the bid. I think I will ahve to UT bid to fill anymore :(
Thanks PDC, appears REIC is almost in play...
A bit disappointed that the owner decided to take an $180K payment for unpaid services the last 9 years. Without knowing their personal tax bracket specifics, I still think that declaring a dividend would have actually put more cash in the owners pockets after taxes.
However the good news:
ITEM 5: MARKET FOR COMMON EQUITY AND RELATED STOCKHOLDER MATTERS
(C) Dividends: The Company has not paid or declared any dividends upon its shares of common stock since its inception. The Company does anticipate declaring and distributing a cash dividend in 2005.
***
As the Ricketts are majority owners, they get most of any dividend. I would expect they will likely award themselves a few more share before as payment for board of directors services. Right now they got just under 8 cents per share cash, so a dividend could realistically be 5 or 6 cents a share.
Best part is the statement they are anticipating this, which likely means they are aiming to sell their shares soon (likely for hundreds of thousands) and the dividend would be getting the cash out before spinning this off.
MACK
If you are reading this, you truly have stumbled off the beaten path, welcome!! I doubt this board will interest many, but feel free to ask any questions.
I am interested in out of favor stocks, most get very little attention. They tend to have the following characteristics with exceptions:
- Very low market cap
- Poor Liquidity
- Up to date filings
- Near lows
These issues are not for the daytrader, they will bore you to tears. Typically, I try to acquire them on the cheap and pick up large portions (4.99% if possible). I just put them away and wait for some future event to wake them up. Sometimes it never comes but other times they will move up many many multiples from the buying area.
Recently, I have not done much trading, thinking about getting more active. For a while, it has been difficult to find inexpensive stocks that I am be comfortable holding. Lately I am seeing Market Caps in some cases move lower to areas that get me interested. With the slower summer/fall months approaching, my plan is to dedicate a bit more time to research now and get more active near year end.
