Started Collecting AMDI at .0025

Initial purchases made, will collect more if it drops, will load up truck if it hits .0015

Details:

- A shell looking for a merger
- 340M OS
- Some insider options at .0009
- ~200K Cash
- 65M Float
- Float Capitalization = $162K at .0025

AMDI did a large REGDEX 0f 275M shares a few months ago which resulted in a change in control of the company. The new buyers paid in $250K so I doubt they intend to let it sit for too long.
Always like a shell with cash, reduces incentive for majority shareholders to dump shares.
