IFOB - could drop back to around .015
Then it would be time for a second helping, the first one tasted pretty good :)
Mack
Also looking like AUTW is gonna run. The dudes that own ATTY bought it and its cheap as chit down here ... Accumulated some .0025, .004, .005 and a few .006 at close. Kept uting on small fills. SHould open .0048x1 ,006x2 and those 6's will go fast IMO. GL Mack. Off to take some BBall photos.
NICE!!!!!!! DNRE todamoon
Hey heading out in a few but just checked messages. On FDEG ... They spread it out on 5k sells at end. MIGHT IMO be able to place a .05-.06 order and see what happens. LOoks good for a BIG runner IMO
Someone keeps dumping the MOAT
80K sold at the close. This has been going on for over 1/2 year
Bought more....

Another pre-requisite for DNRE
Took a look and realized DNRE's next filing is the audited 10KSB and that is due end of March. Once that is filed and the financials are clean, I bet Halter merges the shell.
DNRE and REIC both waiting on the 10KSB's!
Mack
Just a blind squirrel stumbling upon a nut...
Turned out to be a good one though, very nice profit!
Went to look at your FDEG today and found it ran up on me, nice job!!
Mack
Oppppsss.
With Douglass Financial Service owning
1131380 Common and 325935 perferred
Doug Tallent owning
448283 common and 11210 perferred
With the 10 for 1 Perferred to common translation
then the inside owns 4,951,113 Shares of common stock or nearly 1/2 the float.
-- FDEG
I have them here. Common Shares 12,684,973 with 325,934 perferred
D. Tallent owns 450k common and 11k perferred.
They have a total deficit of 95k and that is seriously about it. LOL. they posted absolutely no info but id still check them out.
I think one who doesnt get to monitor stocks much could see a HUGE gain from these levels and set limits on the way up. The share structure is very good and PR's well give a HUGE initial run until 1. Just tops out or 2. Everyone just dumps or 3. Management starts diluting all the sh*t. --- sure a bit of all.
Thanks, that will be a big help!
The link is currently down, but I will take a look when it comes back up.
Mack
Link Below. They are not audited so could be misleading but them in-and-of-themsleves are not that bad with minimal debt, nice share structure, etc...
And filed on Feb. 16th so one gets the idea that the company wants to emerge from limbo
http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/finance.jsp?symbol=FDEG
I want to scan these and put them online but havent got around to it yet.
PDC, do you have any information on FDEG
I usually stay away from Pinks cause I have a hard time valuing the companies. So I miss a lot of good ones.
Being as I am such a crappy momentum player, I like to try to buy on a value basis to increase my odds. So any information would be appreciated!
Mack
FDEG looks good. I hope for a lil retrace but doubt it does much. Take a look Mack. IMO EASY 3 bagger from here and could and should be more. IMO
Looked that way. Thanks. :)
If history is any guide, the MM's have often times dropped the ask to .04 or slightly below on any selling. So patience can pay off here with KTWO.
Mack
Kept thinking I could get some KTWO .05's today but never dropped. Its being held tightly.
KTWO looks interesting ... yea I shaked out of ATCB on RS news and planned to buy cheap post RS but messed up. Its taken a nice leg up :( --- shouldve held through like I initially planned to ...
DNRE alot of buying support still ... APPEARS that somebody knows something is getting close ... big buys at .30 and such.
IFOB shook a bit ... I am gonna probably picks a few more up.
GL Mack!!!
KTWO backs out of deal.
8-K out yesterday.
My gut is this is a good thing. Shells have been getting more expensive and I am sure the owner can get a better deal.
May provide a shortterm buying op if some sell due to the delay in a reverse merge
Mack
Thanks Aduke!
I didn't realize the OTCBB site tracked non-OTCBB changes.
Just show you learn something every day!
Appreciate it!

Hey PDC
Hope all is going well.
I was trying to figure out what the new ticker is for ATCB. I know it changed tickers a few weeks ago, but I can't figure out what the new one is.
Thanks!
Mack
CTDH - One of my all-time favorites.
Got a car out in my driveway courtesy of that one.
Not in it at this time, havent fully figured out the Aspatuck Holdings deal and the recent S-1, so I have just been monitoring fairly closely.
I have always liked the owner, he strikes me as the type to tryout different methods to make his company successful. Some of these ultimately have not worked out in the longer term, but he certainly has not been one to line his own pockets. A few years ago, he owned around 3M of 4.8M OS, now he has his 1 preferred share and much smaller amount of the common.
I may jump in, but I'll probably wait. My gut is you will do well though. I saw that Toshach has been rebuying. I think he has ridden this up at least 3 times. He has the greenest thumb of anyone I have ever seen playing the OTC so you are in very good company.
As for IFOB, I see HDSN is back selling, arggghhh....
Mack
Wow. .004 CAML entry. VERY NICE.
IMO (per chart) IF IFOB gets over a nickle it can make a big run with any news, filings etc.... of interest and Ill keep an eye on HDSN. thanks.
CTDH had a filing on some minimal insider buys. Might be one to keep on watch for a scalper (maybe more ... maybe shouldnt buy- lol) actually need to look more ... bought today on filing and LVL2.
Take Care as Well Mack
DNRE todamoon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
IFOB looked alright today
Seems like you made a nice entry pdc.
Looks like slow and steady buying today, that seller that dumped a lot of stock last week has been no where to be found so far this week. So i'm thinking this can get back over a nickle as long as he's done. Not thinking big, i'm planning on locking in some profits if we get a bit higher and letting some ride. Key MM to watch seems to be HDSN, it seemed like he had the stock going through him last week. Still no one else talking about this on the boards.
As for CAML, its one I owned a bunch of years ago, I remember I bought at .004. Made almost a triple. Would of liked right now to still be holding those shares, but was pretty happy with the trade back then. A profit is a profit, no regrets.
Good day today, take care!
Mack
Management Control - Current management owns or controls approximately 48% of the outstanding shares of our common stock. Accordingly, they will have almost complete influence in determining the outcome of all corporate transactions and business decisions. The interests of management may differ from the interests of the other stockholders, and since they have the ability to control most decisions through their control of our common stock, investors will have limited ability to affect decisions made by management ... IFOB
Went in for some. Looks interesting Mack
DNRE todamoon. Checked REIC out before and would love entry and IFOB sounds like a definite one to watch. Appreciate it Mack.
IMO you might look into CAML and see if you can sneak in on some .05-.06's. I got a good deal on that one and hold .03's ... very undervalued at any of those asks.
GL mack!
No, haven't been doing much trading, due to my wonderful day job.
For the most part, shells have historically high valuations, tough to find them on the cheap which is my style. May be nice time to make some money soon with the ones I have.
If you ever see the ask drop on REIC, its a good pickup. They have had a very tough year due to their owners sickness and he passed away at the end of the year. They sold all their houses and should only show by my math (and don't trust my math for yourself) about 400-500K cash on their next 10KSB. Not bad for a shell with 4.6MOS, 0.85M float. Plus now a pure clean shell with family who may be motivated to move it.
I did buy a stock with the ticker IFOB 0.021x 0.024 as a scalp. Been a falling knife since they did reverse merge in November. Currently they show 40M OS, with 20M restricted from the Reverse merger and 10M Insider held previous to that. So the float may be pretty low. It really looked like someone wanted out this week at all costs and the MM's dropped bid bigtime. Not looking for much here, entertainment purposes only. Still, no one on any message boards is pumping it (I guess till now, lol!) and that to me is a green flag. Biggest problem is its a Nevada stock, never had too much luck with them.
Take it easy PDC, gotta run, go DNRE!
Mack
Still watching REIC
10KSB closer every day...
Absolutely. Cant wait to see what tommorow brings!!! Trading any new ones Mack?
I didn't see anything new with DNRE
The way this is set up with the PUT, I fully expect something to happen in the next 4 months. I would have to think Halter and McGusty would have had to have had more than a whim in mind to pull that deal off.
If it turns out someone persistantly wants shares through DOMS, its a very good sign!
Mack
Some Metaphors for MPHR
current MPHR bid .20
Fearless leader awards himself 4,000,000 shares for $30,125 or .007 per share
A 97% discount.
What a tool! Why the State of Nevada or the SEC would allow this is beyond me.
At least the float is still tiny, may yet get out ok.
So some metaphors....
Being a metaphor bagholder is like sitting on spear
Being a metaphor bagholder re-enacting the movie Deliverence and squealing like a pig.
Being a metaphor bagholder is like ....
Booooooooooooooommmm!!!! Noticed that .. DOMS is da man. Was wondering when you'd get online. Looking great. Awesome buying support to ... looks like someone might know something :) was gonna see if I can find annnnything tonight.
How bout that DNRE!!!!!
Looks like someone wants to accumulate through DOMS, DOMS now the MM to watch....
Cool!
EVERYDAY I look for SEC filings ... ANXIOUSLY anticipating :)
REIC
Probably still 2 months from the 10KSB, but its still my favorite and imo still expect 10KSB to show a very clean shell with very nice cash.
DNRE - Still waiting patiently pdc.....
KTWO on SHO list
http://www.nasdaqtrader.com/aspx/regsho.aspx
For what its worth. Don't know if the Sho lists are have any real meaning at all.
Other than that, things still moving very slow in KTWO land...
DNRE ut'd ask today on 0 volume to .40. This one is looking really good. Actually thinking of grabbing .25's if the ask comes back down.
Yep, should see some play regardless.
Yes i did see it.
I assume it is procedural to take a step out of merging the shell.
Hopefully, they have a pretty good idea about what they want to do here.
Mack
I am sure you've seen this.

Nice DD. You are the man Mack. Glad I stumbled on your room.
Yesterday, I did a full text search on the buyers and each one of the new owners individually. I found nothing on anyone or anything. With the recent release of asian stocks on the market, however, I do not think the buyers will sit on it for long and will either sell it fairly quickly or RM with a thrid party in 2005 (just speculation) with the amount of asian companies flooding the markets so as you said, "could be an interesting speculative play as I am sure the new owners have something planned."
Toughh day for us Cornhusker fans .... used to the Big Red playing today :)
re: Simon Thurlow - ATCB
PDC, nice find on Thurlow's past.
I think you are much better off with Thurlow being the seller rather than the buyer. It seems this guy has found a nice way to make big bucks by picking up non-reporting pink sheet shells for a song, granting himself shares, updating filings but not resubmiting to get on the OTCBB (much more scrutiny), and then selling them off.
Looking at the ATCB filings, which are mind-spinning with all the holes from the gaps in reporting. Once he took control, he issued 30 Million shares to himself in leiu of pay (sound like RHNI to you!) and in his sales agreement he sold the shares for $175,000. Repeat that a bunch of times and you got yourself a nice bank account!
So I am personally very suspicious of Mr. Thurlow, I would expect most dealings with him will end up in his own pocket.
So that leaves ATCB with new owners, could be an interesting speculative play as I am sure the new owners have something planned. I am going to start to watch it. I did not find any information on the new owners so they may either already have a business or they may be middlemen that will RM with a third entity. So there is a possibility that they may have to reverse split in the future if they are middlemen.
Just realized half toasted ....I misspoke earlier .... simon is the seller not the buyer. regardless seems like the company will run it a bit. happppyyy neww year .. ugh. Sucks that that dude did that .. think everything I trade though or scams or pos's!
If you are reading this, you truly have stumbled off the beaten path, welcome!! I doubt this board will interest many, but feel free to ask any questions.
I am interested in out of favor stocks, most get very little attention. They tend to have the following characteristics with exceptions:
- Very low market cap
- Poor Liquidity
- Up to date filings
- Near lows
These issues are not for the daytrader, they will bore you to tears. Typically, I try to acquire them on the cheap and pick up large portions (4.99% if possible). I just put them away and wait for some future event to wake them up. Sometimes it never comes but other times they will move up many many multiples from the buying area.
Recently, I have not done much trading, thinking about getting more active. For a while, it has been difficult to find inexpensive stocks that I am be comfortable holding. Lately I am seeing Market Caps in some cases move lower to areas that get me interested. With the slower summer/fall months approaching, my plan is to dedicate a bit more time to research now and get more active near year end.
