Yep - it's been done for years...yet once in awhile it trades a few thousand shares. Always makes me wonder who would be buying them, and why...?
Great question seeing as you can stick a fork in this one, it's done.
Good morning Mopsters - nice to see some of the 'old faces' still posting periodically. I see some trading in the last couple of days; curious who would be buying at this juncture, as it would seem those shares are DOA. Be nice to see something transpire here....
Best wishes to the crew!
That kind of makes sense.....getting info is like pulling teeth.
the office was shared by a dentist from the beginning. I only know that because I went there once while traveling through New England. Was somewhat taken aback when I pulled up and saw a dentists shingle hanging out front and no sign of JPO/MOP. Visited Bath NH on that same trip. That's a whole other story. Good luck y'all.
They're a non-reporting pinksheet. They don't have to file anything with the SEC.
Besides, their office is now a dentist office, lol. It was a scam all along. They paid promoters to pump the stock and those that held were left holding the bag.

Hey boogie
I'm not surprised that there is some action from the SEC. The company is seriously non compliant. I have talked years ago with Jamie and at first he was forthcoming but then went completely quiet. I even spoke to Ruevin Rubinson. That was a complete waiste of time as he was not willing to answer any of my concerns.
I have spent hours and hours back in the day talking with Charles and Wayne. When Charles passed I actually thought Wayne would be a good resolve but I think he was in a way over his head. It could be a good idea to get JPO out and get another company in but I think that is easier said than done.
It would be good if you could share your conversation with Jamie if it happens. I do not pay for ihub so I can't pm otherwise it would be could to share notes.
Cheers!
I've been talking to
a former officer who still owns a large chunk of shares. He does not trust Obrien, doesn't know if Charlie's son still owns shares, but thinks Wayne King still owns a boatload. Says somebody is trying to take action against Obrien through the SEC but has ran into a road block. I'm thinking about calling Wayne and see what's up. I called a number years ago when he took over after Charlie passed and much to my surprise, his wife answered on a Saturday night, handed the phone to Wayne and we chatted a bit about how things were looking great and news would be out soon. I can barely remember but I think the news was about some real estate deal(warehouse maybe)near Bath, NH. Turns out his sister was the agent(how convenient) and it went nowhere. Last I heard he was taking photos of bugs and flowers. Anyway, if we all had enough shares for controlling interest, we might be able to appoint a new CEO, President or whatever. I only have 200,000 shrs at this point and who knows what the float is now. Your thoughts Sweet,I know you've been here as long as me.
It was a winner.....back in the day.....for some.
I am baffled at the lack of anything.
Absolutely no response from anyone in the company. I'm a little surprised there has been no action
From SEC. it is obviously seriously non compliant. No input from Jamie or the accountant.
Maybe it's time to back out JPO and get something real.
Cheers!
For sure. I thought this one could have been a winner. Oh well. There's always bitcoin.........lol
And unfortunately.
Nothing, apparently.
What is there to talk about?
Wait a minute.....something new regarding JPO from MOJO Facebook page on September 14. Anybody remember Joel Stockford? Hired in 2015 by JPO to be COO for 4 months. Nice Harley.
https://www.facebook.com/pg/mojogroupincorporated/posts/
Wouldn't it be nice if that were true. But here, with JPO Absorbants, it's possible sales, possible profits, no idea, because they keep their shareholders in the dark after leading us to believe it was starting in 2015 and ramping up into early 2016 with distribution agreements, sales and new products. Since then, nothing but crickets.....
Sale means profits which will mean benefits to us shareholders. It has to start somewhere.
Cheers
It wouldn't matter if they did. We, the shareholders, would never know or benefit from it.
Maybe we can sell some product to clean up the tanker spill.
Deathly quiet
Anyone hearing anything?
Certainly gone silent.
Cheers
Remember the BP spill?
That's when I got stuck with MOP. Anyway, here's an update on the Gulf. Does anyone think Scott Pruitt will do anything to help? I don't.

Hacked or
Wiretapped
Cheeerz
I hear you....
We need to "make Mopn great again".....
Maybe we've been hacked
Cheers
Hey Sweet
Haven't you heard? "Good things are on the way." $4,000,000 market cap and not a peep in how long? Me thinks we been swindled.CMAO
Cheers
WOW.....
This has been quiet for a way too long.....
Anyone have any updates??
Cheers
It would be nice if the website was able to report that our product is being used in that Texas oil spill.
So, here we are.
End of January 2017 and outside of a MOJO FB post in late November about the great 2017 coming for JPO Absorbents, nothing. Nothing from JPO themselves. No FB posts, no Twitter posts, no financials, still dark or defunct OTC Markets listing.....No transparency of any kind what so ever. At this point I can only believe even if JPO does have a great 2017, JPO shareholders most likely will not, because they won't even know about it. The only reasons I'm still here are because I believe it would be impossible to sell my shares without taking this to .0001 and no bid, if I could sell them at all and like a good captain, I believe in going down with the ship. LOL. So, I'll continue to hold and wait. Most likely for nothing. Sorry for the rant, I normally don't get emotionally attached to losses on sub penny stocks, it's gambling, I know. But for some reason, MOPN has been different for me. I'm just really disappointed in them and needed to let off some steam. I've never wanted to be proven wrong more in my life. LOL Good luck to all.
You are right. We did have a shot during the Gulf spill. Nobody was impressed because "they" never got a chance to see the product work down there. People made a lot of money with this stock back then. If the company had their s--t together more people would have made a lot more $$. All IMO.
Cheers!
They got a new picture! Such impressive progress!
This stock has been junk for about 10 years, and that will never change. They had a shot when the gulf oil spill hit, and obviously nobody was impressed with Mop. This is a no brainer, meaning you have no brains if you invest in this failed company. It is what it is.
Website updated.....
but with no new info, just a new picture.
That would be welcome for the new year.....
A bit of buying today - something stirring?
Sounds positive
Merry Christmas all you Mopn holders.
We'll see what comes in 2017
Cheers
Anyone catch this?
https://www.facebook.com/mojogroupincorporated/
It appears someone has given up hope today and selling shares.
Pr's every two weeks? Never happened.
"UPDATE --
I just talked with ownership again. The PR got delayed but I was told not only would we see this PR during the first week of August but that they we are now going to have scheduled and regular PR's every 2 weeks, with the one during the first week of August being the kickoff of this campaign. I was also told that everyone will be very happy with what they read. I am not sure what that means, but I like the sound of it!
Cheers smile "
You said the same things back in March, nothing happened.
I have not purchased in awhile but have always used eTrade myself.
What broker are you using that allows you to buy MOPN shares?
I have held and am surely still going to hold! I am hoping to start seeing the mentioned PR's and Social engagements soon as well....I think the signs of life will be awesome!
Yes, Karma sucks! As stated "Be Good and Do Good" it's the best way to live life! It makes sleeping at night so much easier!!
I am willing to hold my shares and wait for some successes - hoping when the company has some positive news they will start the PR same for the benefit of all.
As for Karma, having been on both sides of that coin - it's always a B****!!!!
Glad that helped, I am sorry but don't know any details beyond what I have shared so can not be any help to your concerns mentioned in your second paragraph. What I do know is that the company is doing really well and busting their butt to do even better, the future looks bright :)
Yukon:
Thanks for the extended reply - I understand much better now with the information that the individual in question was employed by JPO, and rewarded with shares, as well as having failed to meet expectations and exiting the company. Much clearer!
I suppose this individual didn't pay for the shares in question, so doesn't have a stake at risk. Still - I agree, kind of senseless. Then again, if the individual has a lot of shares, it wouldn't be easy to move them anyway, as there isn't much current interest in the stock itself (trading-wise). I am curious as to the product this person is using to undercut JPO.....academic interest really; suppose it doesn't matter too much at this point.
Again - thanks for the update and additional information. I sold my original MOPN shares during the blood-letting a few years ago, and bought back in on a whim during the last year. Would like to see this come around, if for no other reason than the benefit of long term shareholders like yourself - and the many others who have stuck through the proverbial 'thick and thin'. Was a good group on this board for a long time, and they are deserving of a better fate.
Best Wishes!
It is pretty stupid without a doubt, but this person has literally walked into accounts of JPO and undercut the pricing and either cost JPO deals are forced them out of profitability on the deal with his actions. This person was honored with a large amount of shares PLUS a salary in return for what was supposed to be a business development role at JPO, but after failing to meet expectations and exiting, now seems to hold a grudge and wants to cause damage. This all being from my indirect understanding of course.
What is so stupid about this, is this person has sold none of his shares but continues to devalue them with his own actions. It would be one thing to sell all of your shares and then do this but he has done the opposite, very obvious that he is not extremely intelligent and the company is better off without him!
The bottom line (with all mind boggling confusion and stupidity set aside) is that these actions were and are done illegally, and are at this point easily proven on multiple levels! This all relates to one of my favorite quotes below –
Lesson of Time – Karma
When a bird is alive… it eats ants.
When the bird is dead… ants eat the bird.
Time & Circumstances can change at any time.
Don’t devalue or hunt anyone in life.
You may be powerful today, but remember….
Time is more powerful than you!
One tree makes a million match sticks….only one match stick is needed to burn a million trees...
So be good and do good!

MOP Environmental Solutions, Inc. and JPO Companies, Inc. Complete Merger
The nearly-four-year saga of MOP Environmental Solutions, Inc. (Pinksheets: MOPN) from near-bankruptcy following the death of CEO and Inventor Charles Diamond to a company poised to break out in the environmental remediation arena, is finally completed; as today James O’Brien, CEO of the new MOP Environmental Solutions, Inc. announced the completion of the merger between MOP and JPO Companies, Inc. bringing the JPO Absorbents line of products under the MOP banner.
“We knew that this was going to be a challenging process,” said CEO O’Brien, “JPO was a great little company and MOP was in trouble, but had the intellectual property that we needed to break out - to make us stand out in the field. Bringing the two companies together with some new products - like MOP Plus - combining the technologies of the two companies has created a company where truly the whole is greater than the sum of the parts; we are incredibly excited about the future. ”
“For the past year we have been field testing the response of customers and prospects to our new JPO-Ultra Blend, the JPO-100 series, current MOP products, and to MOP Plus, our newest product. The response has been tremendous! Combining the intellectual property, the patents and the assets of the two companies allows us to aggressively reach out to both the response side and the maintenance side of the spill cleanup market - something that very few other companies can do. We believe that the result will be exponential rather than linear growth for the new MOP Environmental Solutions, Inc. through the existing relationships and extensive network of JPO Absorbents.”
“Jamie O’Brien deserves a lot of credit for having the foresight to bring this merger to completion,” said James Reck, Vice President of the new MOP Environmental Solutions. “He has carefully tested the markets and then constructed a solid pathway for the merger that will allow us to hit the ground running, including bringing MOPN into compliance with Pinksheets and taking steps to protect the interests of shareholders in the process.”
With characteristic modesty, O’Brien said, “A lot of people deserve credit for where we are today, this hasn’t been a one man show. Jim Reck has kept us moving ahead even when things seemed to be tied up in knots. This has been a team effort and moving forward it will be the new core group that makes MOP Environmental Solutions a powerhouse in the spill response/clean up and environmental remediation field. I am proud to be associated with these folks and I look forward to making things happen for MOP and JPO.”

MOP is an aggressive oleophyllic and hydrophobic
(oil attracting and water repelling) recycled fiber sorbent, made from fully
biodegradable components.
MOP sorbents are specifically formulated for either oil pick up on water, oils spills
on land or hard surfaces or spills containing water base or oil base liquids.
MOP products can be completely recycled by a number of processes:
bioremediation in a land farm, burning as a fuel in an appropriate biomass
system, composting or pelletizing the material for use in a stove. In most states, it
can also be simply disposed of as you would any other solid waste.
MOP Environmental Solution’s Oil spill containment and remediation remains the most important aspect of our mission and is built around our patented MOP Maximum Oil Pickup sorbents, MOP 201, MOP 301 and 401.
MOP sorbents are the most cost-effective and performance-efficient sorbents on the planet. MOP, (Maximum Oil Pickup) sorbents are used to create a family of products and solutions that yield a more environmentally sound and financially beneficial end result by reducing the generation of hazardous wastes where removal of oil from water based-solvents and coolants can be achieved.
MOP – Maximum Oil Pickup oil sorbent (Oil absorption medium) is – by far – the most cost-efficient and performance-effective oil sorbent in existence.
MOP 201 is optimized for use on water.
MOP 301 is optimized for use on land and specifically is designed to aid in the remediation of oil contaminated soil where recovery of the resource is not possible or desired. Both can be used in either environment, but their effectiveness is maximized when they are used according to their optimization. MOP 201 and 301 absorb oil and repel water.
MOP 401 absorbs both oil-based liquids and water-based liquids. MOP 401 is a Universal sorbent and a floor sweep.
While the formula for MOP is a trade secret, it is possible to say that all the major components of MOP sorbents are created from all recycled materials. For customers and others interested in recycling and environmental stewardship it is important to know that the sorbents are created from sectors of the waste stream, known as “recovered materials” the US Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA’s) term for materials that are technically recyclable but that otherwise are without markets for the recycled materials. EPA, understandably, places a high priority on the use of items that employ “recovered materials” giving MOP an additional leg up on the competition in government bids and contract negotiations. Furthermore, because recovered materials constitute the highest percentage of our sorbent’s makeup, our raw materials costs are more stable and predictable and less subject to the fluctuations of the market for other raw materials like polypropylene.
MOP’s patented process employs only biodegradable materials. The final formula makes 201 and 301 sorbents Oleophilic (oil loving/absorbant) and hydrophobic (water hating/repelling). With properties like this, the moment that the sorbent is spread on an oil spill on land or water, it sucks up the oil and repels any water. This means that as the sorbent is cleaned up only oil is captured with it. For those circumstances where picking up both hydrocarbon-based liquids and water-based liquids is desired (an automobile accident, a garage floor for example) MOP 401 is optimized to absorb almost all liquids.
The current MOP product offerings are being sold as MOP but under the JPO Absorbents heading. So our price list shows our JPO line of absorbent products, AND the current MOP products that we offer. And they are identified by their MOP part numbers. MOP 201, MOP 301, etc. It’s great to see MOP back in use and available from distributors.
Given JPO’s presence in the marketplace and the existing relationships we have in all major markets, it just makes sense to include the MOP line under one umbrella. With the MOP line of absorbent products, JPO is truly the one stop solution for any spill, in any environment at any time.
