I am struggling to understand why someone with tens of millions of shares would attempt competing with a company in which he is a shareholder......unless someone is shorting, and that's about impossible with this stock at current prices. The financial stake required to short a pink is not sustainable and far too risky. So - someone is actually killing their own share value?
It's good to know the company is marketing and making sales and getting contracts. Absolutely need some public updates to get some PPS action and start moving this forward. Appreciate your update - not being critical, just can't see why someone would 'go rogue', unless that person sees more profit in marketing his or her own product offering, even at the expense of devaluing shares. Interesting.....
Thanks for taking the time.
Just an update, but it takes a lot to answer for the months of silence I suppose. I was nothing off my chest, but was happy to hear the why's and details myself and was also happy to be able to share them! I know a lot of us have been here a long time, I think it will all pay off nicely in the future months and years.
WOW......
That is a lot of stuff you got off your chest.
Thank you for sharing. I hope there will be no negativity towards you.
Looking forward to positivity and updates.
Best regards.
UPDATE –
Yes I have been quiet on here, for good reason! That reason for me was constantly being attached for my updates, the same negativity I am sure may result from this one, sadly! Although there is not much negative going on with JPO/MOPN, actually it is quite the opposite with the exception of one thing. The same reason the silence and mute button have been pushed and held down by JPO/MOPN. So let’s start with what that "negative" is and then follow that up with a slight explanation of the silence around it, concluded by some UPDATES. Please understand the updates will be vague for the following reasons about to be explained!
So what is the negative? It’s a RAT and double agent that is amongst our ranks here on the board! This is someone that is a stock holder in the company, literally 10s of millions of shares that has decided to go rogue. What a POS!! This person instead of making an intelligent play to increase his share value has taken information of/from the company and has decided to compete and illegally sell into JPO/MOPN’s account base. This is not only an illegal action but also a completely unethical and immoral action this person amongst us has taken. The question immediately arises “why wouldn’t legal action be taken?” well fellow supporters and RAT, Have you ever heard of the term “give them enough rope to hang themselves with”?
While the desperate, unethical and immoral behavior of the POS has been taking place, JPO/MOPN was not going to post any updates as to the progress of the company. The aggressive, successful progress they have been having, with details, had to be kept a secret. I am guessing that many are thinking, “well something could have been said” and I agree. That is all about to change but the company errored on the side of complete silence, which was their choice.
So, UPDATES – Last 12 month Sales are north of 400K. Contracts have been signed and some still in the hands of attorneys for review. The company has recently taken on another local accountant and soon quarterly numbers will be released for transparency to align with what we all expect from a publicly traded company. Staff has been hired to start managing social media and content around the industry and company alike. This has all happened in the last 10 months touring the country meeting with anyone from oil drilling companies & oil spill cleanup/containment companies to industrial supply companies and everything in between.
So in closing I will ask this, please do not attack me! I am simply providing/relaying information I have received and in doing that I am only trying to update everyone here. I am NOT pumping anything! I am a major investor and have been since the BP days and with that have interest in only seeing this grow, which it is! As we look forward towards years end, look for Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter activity to come alive and confidence to be restored via company transparency and PR’s.
All they are doing is brining to light all the opportunities that they will fail to capitalize on. Like always. Same ole s&^t, just another day. They can't respond to a spill if O'Brien was standing knee deep in it. What a joke. JPO 'delusions' is more like it.
Somebody must have hacked their account and posted the most recent spill sites that aren't using jpo products. We all know jpo doesn't care about updating investors.
Did anyone notice the slew of posts on Facebook from JPO;
https://www.facebook.com/jposolutionsinc/?hc_ref=NEWSFEED
I asked them to change the ticker symbol to JPOS.
The company is called JPO SOLUTIONS (JPOS).
Thanks for that update.
JPO has nothing to do with NASCAR at this time. No sposorship, car or league, of any kind here. Not on trucks, nationwide or cup series. Safety Kleen is NASCAR's official environmental clean up sponsor. Complete service from clean up to disposal.
Yup I got the same response.....on several occasions.....even on the phone.
I respect Yukons attempt to update us.
What kind of gets me is, as I understand, mop is only one product JPO carries. The real public company is JPO with supposedly many big customers and many products to sell. It would be interesting to know how much they spend sponsoring a NASCAR...
Cheers all!
I thought you meant
Just Piece Of Sh;t.
BTW I like your user name-one of my favorite Marley songs.
I asked them to change the ticket symbol to JPOS.
Yukon
I am apologizing to you
for my response to you sometime ago. The reason I probably seemed rude to you at the time is because the things you posted never really came true. You alledgedly got your info from insiders, which I now believe that you did in fact, problem is the info you received turned out to be lip service and caused some to add and others to start a position. I now hold no grudge for you and hope you can accept my apology.
Got a response from from Mr. Ruvinson
The robot reply I expected.
"Thank you for your email XXXX. Unfortunately I cannot provide you with any answers because it would be a violation of SEC regulations to give you information that is not public knowledge. Please see Reg FD."
Regards,
Reuven I. Rubinson, CPA, MBA
“More than a Numbers Guy!”®
Cell (858) 344-0864
and my response to him:
Mr. Reuvenson,
Thank you for your response. I am aware of SEC rules. The problem I have with "public knowledge" regarding MOPN is there is no "public knowledge".eom
Please help me rattle the cage folks.....
Now that's funny.
I've written the officers that I listed and have no response. I will keep emailing them daily. Hope more people do the same. Sitting on our hands won't help.
Boogie, I wrote the company directly on their website today. I asked them to report news or change the ticket to JPOS.
Unfortunately, true.
I guess the bottom line is the most important. This stock is junk.
I'm out of time so I'll save the history lesson. But it can't just be turned out. And 1 of the patents did expire. And it is being copied and being sold very well by those that copied it. But that does not excuse the current owner(s) from doing their required filings and reporting.
Nah, the stuff was used by BP once, and never again. Didn't impress anyone.. And it took the largest spill in history for it to be used. The patent on MOP has expired, and is free game. Anyone can crank out this junk. Correct me if im wrong.
That is a good question UpTick, but if anyone here has either held on or bought in based on false information, that's just not right. Further, MOP actually works, it's just been the leadership that hasn't.
Of course, this is purely my opinion.
Yes, I care to join you! My name is Steve and I want easy ways to contact them as often as possible, please provide email addresses again pls.
Excellent post!!! Thank you.
The biggest question of all! Is perhaps to ones self.
Wtf am I still holding this junk for?
I pretty much agree with the questions and yes, many more.
I have done this on several occasions. I have even talked with Rubinson to absolutely no avail. He is very abrupt is not willing to divulge anything. He just keeps saying that Jamie has to answer the questions.
One of my questions to him was why are the filings not done to remove the stop sign. I'm guessing it's a money issue which tells me that there is not much revenue happening. All IMO.
Cheers!
Anyone care to join me?
Folks, I think this "quiet period" has gone on long enough.
It's past time to start asking the hard questions.
Like:
1)What happened to Hynac Oil of China?
2)How much revenue from the 8 oil rigs in Colorado?
3)When can we expect a financial report? Hell, it's been years.
4)What happened to Charlie's shares, is Wayne D. King(the politician/photographer) still holding a major block. How many shares is Obrien holding? What about the other officers?
5)Are we actually doing any business or is this another shell selling shares game.
I'm sure my fellow shareholders can think of many more questions to ask and I say we email these bums everyday until we get some nonBS answers. I mean flood/inundate their Inboxes and see what happens. I plan to place these guys in my contact list, compose message for all of them and fire to their inboxes at least once a day. I hope some or all of you will too.
Will you participate? Here are the addresses. The COO- joel.stockford@mojogroup.com
The CFO-info@RRubinsonCPA.com
Legal counsel-rick@weintraublawgroup.com
I want these people to tell Jamie Obrien that we want answers NOW!
Have a nice weekend everybody.
Boog
LOL. Harsh. But correct
Someone was also willing to send a prince in Nigeria his checking account info today.
Someone was willing to purchase shares today and raise the PPS.
Probably best you don't update the BS anyways. What would you expect when getting upbeat about a absolute stinker like this. This is one ugly, diluted failure of a stock. Any hope died with CD.
Shareholders here are doomed unfortunately. It surprises me that anyone still holds this junk.
I did not disappear, just got tired of getting beat-up by here everytime I tried to post an update. Why would I continue doing it if all people are going to do is show disrespect and none of the opposite?
This guy is a scam artist. Poor Charlie must be rolling over in his grave. Great product, zero leadership. i heard rumor that there is someone taking legal action. But like everything else with this OBrien, you can never believe what you hear. Where is Yukoncole? At least he tried to keep us all upbeat. But even he has disappeared. What a shame. So much potential..... oh well, it's almost Friday. Cheers!
I agree.
I just don't understand the lack of accountability to us, the lack of fiscal responsibility and the lack of
compliance. I'm guessing it could be a lack of $$ to get Rubinson to do the filings. It is almost too bad there is not enough value in the company to take legal action.
.....just sayin....
Cheers
What a POS this has turned out to be. In spite of my previous faith, I guess it always has been. Stop sign, dark or defunct listing, no financial filings, big talk followed by complete silence for months and months are nothing new for this company. They have some really good products, what a shame....
Now we need to get the stock price a new look
JPO Absorbents website updated with a new look. Stop sign still up, company listed as dark or defunct, no financials, no real updates, but hey, website looks pretty.
Me too.....damn ipads....
Site is working for me.
Website is working for me.
JPO Has gone completely silent....as you know. Their website seems to be down. Anyone have any insight??
Cheers!
That makes three of us trying to reach out.....
Good on you....
Cheers!
Well that makes two of us trying to reach out.....
Good on you......
Cheers!!
Well, I've been trying. Both past and present. On a trip through New England a couple weeks ago even tried to find the elusive one in person. Ghost town at the supposed office and same at the warehouse. Have even reached out to the new COO as well as the CPA and Attorney. Nothing. Not right IMHO.
Hey, it's almost Friday. It could be worse. Happy trails
LOL.....I sent a second request asking for the courtesy of a reply.......
Maybe more people should try reaching out.
Cheers!
I'm guessing that the response to your email was so long that you are still reading it?
Poor Charlie Diamond must be flipping in his grave.
Thank you for your efforts Sweet, but I think this ship is going down, fast.
Good luck everyone

MOP Environmental Solutions, Inc. and JPO Companies, Inc. Complete Merger
The nearly-four-year saga of MOP Environmental Solutions, Inc. (Pinksheets: MOPN) from near-bankruptcy following the death of CEO and Inventor Charles Diamond to a company poised to break out in the environmental remediation arena, is finally completed; as today James O’Brien, CEO of the new MOP Environmental Solutions, Inc. announced the completion of the merger between MOP and JPO Companies, Inc. bringing the JPO Absorbents line of products under the MOP banner.
“We knew that this was going to be a challenging process,” said CEO O’Brien, “JPO was a great little company and MOP was in trouble, but had the intellectual property that we needed to break out - to make us stand out in the field. Bringing the two companies together with some new products - like MOP Plus - combining the technologies of the two companies has created a company where truly the whole is greater than the sum of the parts; we are incredibly excited about the future. ”
“For the past year we have been field testing the response of customers and prospects to our new JPO-Ultra Blend, the JPO-100 series, current MOP products, and to MOP Plus, our newest product. The response has been tremendous! Combining the intellectual property, the patents and the assets of the two companies allows us to aggressively reach out to both the response side and the maintenance side of the spill cleanup market - something that very few other companies can do. We believe that the result will be exponential rather than linear growth for the new MOP Environmental Solutions, Inc. through the existing relationships and extensive network of JPO Absorbents.”
“Jamie O’Brien deserves a lot of credit for having the foresight to bring this merger to completion,” said James Reck, Vice President of the new MOP Environmental Solutions. “He has carefully tested the markets and then constructed a solid pathway for the merger that will allow us to hit the ground running, including bringing MOPN into compliance with Pinksheets and taking steps to protect the interests of shareholders in the process.”
With characteristic modesty, O’Brien said, “A lot of people deserve credit for where we are today, this hasn’t been a one man show. Jim Reck has kept us moving ahead even when things seemed to be tied up in knots. This has been a team effort and moving forward it will be the new core group that makes MOP Environmental Solutions a powerhouse in the spill response/clean up and environmental remediation field. I am proud to be associated with these folks and I look forward to making things happen for MOP and JPO.”

MOP is an aggressive oleophyllic and hydrophobic
(oil attracting and water repelling) recycled fiber sorbent, made from fully
biodegradable components.
MOP sorbents are specifically formulated for either oil pick up on water, oils spills
on land or hard surfaces or spills containing water base or oil base liquids.
MOP products can be completely recycled by a number of processes:
bioremediation in a land farm, burning as a fuel in an appropriate biomass
system, composting or pelletizing the material for use in a stove. In most states, it
can also be simply disposed of as you would any other solid waste.
MOP Environmental Solution’s Oil spill containment and remediation remains the most important aspect of our mission and is built around our patented MOP Maximum Oil Pickup sorbents, MOP 201, MOP 301 and 401.
MOP sorbents are the most cost-effective and performance-efficient sorbents on the planet. MOP, (Maximum Oil Pickup) sorbents are used to create a family of products and solutions that yield a more environmentally sound and financially beneficial end result by reducing the generation of hazardous wastes where removal of oil from water based-solvents and coolants can be achieved.
MOP – Maximum Oil Pickup oil sorbent (Oil absorption medium) is – by far – the most cost-efficient and performance-effective oil sorbent in existence.
MOP 201 is optimized for use on water.
MOP 301 is optimized for use on land and specifically is designed to aid in the remediation of oil contaminated soil where recovery of the resource is not possible or desired. Both can be used in either environment, but their effectiveness is maximized when they are used according to their optimization. MOP 201 and 301 absorb oil and repel water.
MOP 401 absorbs both oil-based liquids and water-based liquids. MOP 401 is a Universal sorbent and a floor sweep.
While the formula for MOP is a trade secret, it is possible to say that all the major components of MOP sorbents are created from all recycled materials. For customers and others interested in recycling and environmental stewardship it is important to know that the sorbents are created from sectors of the waste stream, known as “recovered materials” the US Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA’s) term for materials that are technically recyclable but that otherwise are without markets for the recycled materials. EPA, understandably, places a high priority on the use of items that employ “recovered materials” giving MOP an additional leg up on the competition in government bids and contract negotiations. Furthermore, because recovered materials constitute the highest percentage of our sorbent’s makeup, our raw materials costs are more stable and predictable and less subject to the fluctuations of the market for other raw materials like polypropylene.
MOP’s patented process employs only biodegradable materials. The final formula makes 201 and 301 sorbents Oleophilic (oil loving/absorbant) and hydrophobic (water hating/repelling). With properties like this, the moment that the sorbent is spread on an oil spill on land or water, it sucks up the oil and repels any water. This means that as the sorbent is cleaned up only oil is captured with it. For those circumstances where picking up both hydrocarbon-based liquids and water-based liquids is desired (an automobile accident, a garage floor for example) MOP 401 is optimized to absorb almost all liquids.
The current MOP product offerings are being sold as MOP but under the JPO Absorbents heading. So our price list shows our JPO line of absorbent products, AND the current MOP products that we offer. And they are identified by their MOP part numbers. MOP 201, MOP 301, etc. It’s great to see MOP back in use and available from distributors.
Given JPO’s presence in the marketplace and the existing relationships we have in all major markets, it just makes sense to include the MOP line under one umbrella. With the MOP line of absorbent products, JPO is truly the one stop solution for any spill, in any environment at any time.
