Hey Alex/Furtcash - Back home - hope the week went well - looking forward to next week... expect to see a continuation up here - 100 share post on Friday - need more shares.
GLTA!
I would like to see some factual info as well ...
futrcash, really?...
the verbiage of your post suggests that you have confirmed all the points mentioned...is that correct?
if so, why wouldnt you share that info so as to fill the void of the unknowns?
Valid questions. But I can tell you this.
If you were to fly to Venezuela, and hire a professional geologist to examine the property pr'd by MDGM an immense mineable valuation would be revealed to you,
I suggest you go,and do just that, and while you're at it ,I suggest you verify the title holders, and their relationship to this company!
Anyone can question a public company on an internet chat board.Few people are willing to verify facts in the real material world. In time the intrinsic value of the mineral claims in Venezuela will be revealed, and MDGM's participation in the development of these claims will be public knowledge as well.

...still cant find one mention anywhere of a "Grand Pacaraima Gold property" other than company PR's
btw, what are the terms of this "merger agreement"?
where is the 8K?
who is this "Professor Rodrigues" that gave the estimates stated in the last PR?
what recent studies/samplings are these estimates based upon, and what is the date of the estimates given in the last PR?
why would they give up the panama property which supposedly had such huge reserves?
how can one perform comprehensive DD if no background information on said property can be found anywhere to support claims?
Alex,
You read part of my adventures with UDVE. My agenda is very clear. I want to find out what happened with my assets (I held approx. 1.5 % of UDVE and someone (RD) 'stole' the whole thing and has just ran off). UDVE still owes me $25K cash (cash dividend).
MDGM, although there were statements that they have nothing to do with UDVE, is my only link to R Doherty (CEO of UDVE).
So : I'm not here to earn money on MDGM. I question the firm (based on the unclear statements made in the past). If you can earn money out of them : good for you and I'll applaud it.
My prediction is that before they roll up in another entity they'll try to pump the stock yet another time. Don't stay in too long.
In regards to the BS : you should read the pdf file that MDGM gave to us about their PH claims (Siennalyn Mining)(Have you read it ?). It gives a very unclear picture. Other statement : why pump the Siennalyn assets ? Why state you'll invest millions, find millions ? Why suddenly change and declare you will step away from them ?
Similar thing going on with the South American connection. I have found no info in regards to that part.
The message that Maninfla is giving is the same I'm giving : there's a lot of unclear things going on with this stock.
I've lost a large amount of money on UDVE. I hope everyone is cautious enough with MDGM. Too many red flags.
If you have more info, pls. share it.
Merged firm to invest in Zambo mine site
By Cai U. Ordinario, Researcher
Saturday, July 23, 2005
UPON completion of its merger with local firm Siennalyn Mining, US-based and locally listed Mindenao Gold Mining Corp. (MGM) together with Riverbank Corp., an American investment company, will be investing additional capital for a Zamboanga del Sur exploration project in the next quarter.
Nestor Buenaflor, MGM vice president, told The Manila Times that Mindenao, an independent corporation based in Blaine, Washington, with mining operations in Mindanao, will invest anywhere from $15 million to $50 million for the exploration from its internally generated funds.
He added that the Siennalyn merger is one of several mergers it is planning in the country. MGM, which will be the surviving entity in the merger, is looking at the possibility of acquiring mining companies in the country to further boost its shareholder value in the United States.
“We are hoping that shares would be bumped up with the merger once we find more gold content,” Buenaflor said.
The company’s shares in the US stock market is trading at $ 0.48 cents from its previous $850 a share before it completed a reverse merger with Las Vegas-based United Development International.
Besides gold, Buenaflor said, the company is also hoping to find copper and lead content in the mine site.
He said that the Siennalyn site, located in Sibugay, Zamboanga del Sur, has a total area of 4,600 hectares.
“Our plan is to bring in experts [to explore the site]. We are [presently] working out negotiations with geologists and mining engineers,” Buenaflor said.
An initial survey done by Placer Dome for Siennalyn in a 20-hectare part of the site indicated that there were 400,000 ounces of gold, estimated to be worth $160 million, which could be mined from the area.
“We expect to get higher gold contents considering that the 400,000 ounces to 600,000 ounces was surveyed from a 20-hectare portion of the site,” Buenaflor said.

GAG ON TA...
it appears the "open door" policy which the company claimed back in july '05 has been terminated
"...The companies transfer is National Stock Transfer and can be contacted at anytime for the share structure..."
http://www.knobias.com/individual/public/news.htm?eid=3.1.ab2d9a6c9d4a498ba9b328f67d9c16a47777dbf249...
just called national, 801-466-3355, and as per the companys [MDGM] request, they will not divulge OS
another red flag
Doublediamond, whats even more amazing
with promotions such as this, is what appears to be total incompetence by mgmt
first the attempt to promote Siennalynn, which if anyone bothered to read the report, it indicated the claim wasnt worth mining
and now with Grand Pacaraima, with no info found anywhere???
i mean if one is going to do a promotion such as this, wouldnt it make sense to at least have some decent documentation that its a viable project/venture?
imo its also indicative of mgmts disdain for SH's...thinking that they could just release some PR's with "gold" mentioned along with some big numbers, and that would be sufficient
well, actually, it appears it was for some given the recent spike in SP, lol
and as posted i did take a small spec position that worked out very well...but it had nothing to do with "fundamentals"
I looked into this November/December - did not find one thing.
Reported it to the SEC.
some info from VHeadline.com [a venezuelan electronic news site]:
"...In a curious press release...With remarkable ignorance of Venezuelan geography the press release continues that "development of the mining property located in the State of Nueva Esparta will be commenced with a core sampling analysis." Adding that "one of Latin America's leading finance companies specializing in mining development is expected to participate in the development program..."
"...VHeadline.com has unsuccessfully tried to contact Mindenao Gold Mining's stated contact person, Mr. Dodong Abelino for further clarifications as to the exact location of a supposedly thriving 4 square miles gold mining resource on Isla de Margarita ... i.e. Nueva Esparta State off Venezuela's Caribbean coast!..."
http://www.vheadline.com/readnews.asp?id=46704
---------------------------
it appears that ONCE AGAIN this "gem" is preparing a promotion based soley on splashy headlines with no substance
history is generally a good indicator of future actions/direction, and given recent history here, more of the same
congrats to anyone able to snag a few shares after "bottom" of .015/.02 post 1 for 10,000 RS of july 1...but looking at historical volume
given the plans for a name change, is another reorganization in the cards?
the rally in gold has nothing more than a small peripheral impact here as it appears the only thing in common is that the word "gold" appears in their headlines
PS: keep in mind this used to be "united development inter inc"...ring a bell CMKX'res?
...good ole kamloops, BC

SYMC
going to be a strong play imo
she's ready to go
,,,,,$$$$$
anyone been able to find ANY info
on the supposed Grand Pacaraima Gold property?
exhaustive searches have returned 0 other than the PR by MDGM
puzzling given the companys statement of reserves of $580M...one would think there would be at least a mention of the property someplace
--------------------
however, there is no disputing that venezuela has huge gold and oil reserves...therego the promotion
-----------------------------
any concerns about Chavez?
its been reported that he is attempting to nationalize dormant mines
"...All concessions and contracts, without exception, are being submitted to a review..."
"...Sept. 30 (Bloomberg) -- Newmont Mining Corp., Placer Dome Inc. and Goldcorp Inc., three of the world's top gold producers, say Venezuela's plan to cancel mining rights for some companies will make future investments in the country unlikely.
``We've stayed away from Venezuela, purposely I will say, because of the difficulty of trying to get titles of any kind in that country,' said Pierre Lassonde, president of Denver-based Newmont, the world's largest gold producer. ``This makes it that much harder for this industry to grow in the future.'
Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez said Sept. 20 that he would cancel some unused mining rights and create a state-owned agency to exploit the nation's gold and mineral reserves..."
http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=10000086&sid=aYNQOxkQyFyY&refer=latin_america
another potential problem:
http://www.american.edu/TED/ice/guyana.htm
---------------------
at the same time it appears that minimal buying pressure [so far] can impact SP dramatically
without some "support" of the properties existence/history, it appears that this is little more than a promotion
...not that there is anything wrong with that, lol
imo when/if volume does come in, it will be because of additional shares, and may impact SP negatively
Thx for posting - I wonder if these are sthe same assets of MDGM.
