...still cant find one mention anywhere of a "Grand Pacaraima Gold property" other than company PR's

btw, what are the terms of this "merger agreement"?
where is the 8K?
who is this "Professor Rodrigues" that gave the estimates stated in the last PR?
what recent studies/samplings are these estimates based upon, and what is the date of the estimates given in the last PR?
why would they give up the panama property which supposedly had such huge reserves?
how can one perform comprehensive DD if no background information on said property can be found anywhere to support claims?
