Extended to June 9th, less than two weeks. These delays were because this is multiple foreign corps taking over a US Corp, and it needed both NASDAQ and SEC approval.. We are almost there. I now wish I did not sell 1/2 my shares.

If you want better clarity on this merger go to Twitter and enter $MICT to get to the MICT board. Read all the messages of the 2 profiles below which will be very helpful since the December 20 news came out. The Joebtracy bottom link is the actual guy who participated in the conference call with MICT after their 3rd quarter earnings that you can read in text form by going to seekingalpha.com and enter MICT. He actually recommended on twitter for people to read the postings by joemets63 who he said is very knowledgeable about the filings of this merger which I myself did and found to be very helpful. Joebtracy also has many good postings about MICT and this recent merger implications.

They cannot do a reverse split they need shareholder approval for that first. How dumb can some people be?

Look at RHE news two weeks ago as an example. At the AGM shareholders approved a 1-for-6 to 1-for-12 split and BOOM it's done a few days later.

Same thing with CEI recently. NVCN was practically begging their shareholders to vote for an RS last summer.

Many other examples on top of this. This is how these things work, not just nonsense some guy says off the top of his head.

Let me explain......

Paragon is buying shares at a huge premium, but with not time frame listed.

Once MICT does a RS, there PPS will be around $5 pps. So when Paragon buys there shares after the RS, they are already making money.

Just watch, learn and see.

It doesn't really matter to me at this point - I buy momentum when the price is right. It might gain 10 more cents tomorrow or deep further down who knows ?

If you were in before the momentum I hope you took profit. But as far I'm concern, ain't overpaying for this and get trapped...
