They cannot do a reverse split they need shareholder approval for that first. How dumb can some people be?

Look at RHE news two weeks ago as an example. At the AGM shareholders approved a 1-for-6 to 1-for-12 split and BOOM it's done a few days later.

Same thing with CEI recently. NVCN was practically begging their shareholders to vote for an RS last summer.

Many other examples on top of this. This is how these things work, not just nonsense some guy says off the top of his head.
