Hey I have nothing against no one, which ever way you wanna go than go ahead. This was just a personal experience I encountered at one time in the past, and I rather not go there again. Yes that idiot is a Weasel should be locked up. I agree. I just seen something come on News TBTC.
$MICT: American stocks are no better either.............
But thats whoevers prerogative, whichever way they wish to go.
Nigerias GDP is predominantly driven by Farming and AG.
Not everyone will appreciate it but its worthy to note in this circumstance.
Imagine what kinda judgement FTX would be getting if it was an African operation.
But no, it was run and operated by this weasely dweeb now living with an ankle bracelet in his mommas basement................ so lets not over generalize.
Africa is the largets adopter of Fintech right now......... there is no denying that and there is a pretty large African/Nigerian diaspora
now residing in the Western world rooting for its prospertiy
I for one will not invest in a China stock or an African one due to bad past experiences. I really have no involvement with MICT or TMNA. Truely I don't care which way it goes..
$MICT: Dilution................ Increasing More shares to dump
$MICT: Darren Mercer about to dump MORE $MICT shares
ON all you $MICT SHAREHOLDERS !!!!!!!!!!!!
TMNA Vs. MICT (Which One Runs-The-Show???): Very, very, COMPLEX issues transpiring here, Peeps!!! (READ ALL ABOUT IT!!!)
I read a lot of posts. They all were saying "the merger will occur November 30th". All leading up to NOvember 30th.
Now we are at February 4th. ANd still not merger. TMNA is still trading, and not part of MICT or even TING the new symbol.
So what happened the the November 30th date? Was the merger delayed? is it possible falling apart? I read people that WANT it ot end, but what's the situation with the companies right now?? WHy no TING trading and TMNA gone??
$TMNA: REally.... what Preferred A&B shares are you getting here ????
Only $TMNA shareholders are getting it.
Whoever is giving you info is out to lunch.
My ressearch is always the best.... I just made over $300k on NBLD last week.
But, suit yourself..... what do I know, right ???
Yes but this is the stock to buy not the other one as you’ll only get one third of your shares in this company whereas the shares in this company will just appreciate in value.
Took me a while to get my head around it until I started reading bigger twitter accounts posting about it a lot.
$TMNA: Its a "merger" Amigo.
Mercer is misleading............ he has no assets no cash no nothing to be able to purchase
the likes of $TMNA. All the cash was always on $TMNAs balance sheet.
They just made a mutal agreement to join forces so that $TMNA could easily uplist to
Nasdaq and so that $MICT which pales in comparison revenue and marketcap wise
can continue to be listed on Nasdaq without being delisted.
This is what Dozy calls it as well........... A Merger, straight from Todays Press Release as well. They are combining efforts....... no one is buying or acquiring anyone here.
There is a Critical difference.
MICT shareholders will get NO Preferrred A&B shares........ Only current $TMNA shareholders will.
He is misleading $MICT shareholders to believe they have an edge here.
The only edge $MICT has is that its shares will continue to be listed on Nasdaq.
Also.......... did you get some $NBLD shares this morning ?
Hope you did........... major badass RUNNER, just hit $0.80
yesterday 77 today 109
THANKS, G-2-G!!! YEP!!!
MICT and TMNA both .77 today hmmmm
I am looking forward to the merger happening this week. The anticipation volume has already grown over last several sessions. We may break $2.00 before the Wednesday merger date in my opinion.
I did my DD this weekend on this, your price target is low. This is the next PD*D. Looking to get in on Monday anything below 1.30-1.35. 200 million in cash, 9 million subscribers and growing, scalability is off the charts, partnership with Visa and everything else in between, makes a great recipe for a nice run, given time.
ihab shows 1.34 either way, very nice!!!
$MICT: TMNA shareholders getting MICT shares with MERGER
MERGER finalization is next week.
The value of the merger deal weighs more in favor of TMNA with TMNA getting
Preferred A & B shares and restructured MICT shares
GO $MICT ........... GO $TMNA
MICT @ 1.32 > new 52 week high!
Multiple 52 week highs today!
MICT: I did got your PM about this! (THANKS!! But I ain't got iHub's PM anymore; I'm now a 'FreeBie' poster.)
But, THANKS again, Lord C-O-24!!
looks like it moves on air, float seems much smaller than what finshizzle shows
This is the real deal.
MICT’s ACQUISITION TARGET, TINGO MOBILE, TODAY LAUNCHES KEY PARTNERSHIPS WITH ALL FARMERS ASSOCIATION OF NIGERIA AND VISA

MICT, Inc. (NASDAQ: MICT) (“MICT”) and Tingo, Inc. (OTC Markets: TMNA) (“Tingo” or the “Company”), announced that Tingo Mobile PLC (“Tingo Mobile”), which is being wholly acquired by MICT with a scheduled completion date of November 30, 2022, has today launched its partnership with the All Farmers Association of Nigeria (“AFAN”) ahead of schedule.
Through its recently announced trade deal with Tingo Mobile, AFAN has committed to deliver a minimum of 20 million additional subscribers, which would more than triple Tingo Mobile’s existing customer base of 9.3 million. From today, AFAN has commenced to enroll its members to Tingo’s platforms and products, including its Nwassa Agri-Fintech platform.
Also today, Tingo Mobile launched its pan-African partnership with leading global payments technology company, Visa, with the rollout a range of new products and services including Tingo Visa digital payment cards, a Tingo Mobile secure payment service and a Tingo Mobile Point of Sale merchant service. The suite of Tingo Visa products is expected to contribute significantly towards fulfilling MICT’s and Tingo Mobile’s goals of fostering financial inclusion and driving the social and economic upliftment of their customers.
To mark its milestone achievements, and by way of support of AFAN and Nigeria’s Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Tingo Mobile has sponsored today’s National Farmers’ Day event. Through its work with these organizations, Tingo Mobile has reinforced its commitment to Nigeria’s more than 60 million farmers and further underlined its support towards AFAN and the Nigerian Government, as the parties work collectively towards their mutual objectives of increasing food supply and improving food security.
Dozy Mmobuosi, Tingo Founder and CEO, commented: “We are honored to have both AFAN and Visa as our partners. It was only a small number of weeks ago that we announced our trade deal with AFAN, so to be in a position where we have launched our partnership with them today, ahead of schedule, is a huge achievement. We are particularly pleased we have been able to arrange both the AFAN and Visa partnership launches to coincide with National Farmers’ Day celebration, which has allowed us to support this important event on Nigeria’s agricultural sector’s calendar.
“We are very proud of our team at Tingo Mobile as they continue to successfully execute our accelerated rollout strategy, which has all been made possible through the merger with MICT. We are also extremely proud of the valuable contribution we believe we are making towards increasing Nigeria’s and Africa’s food supply and improving food security.”
Darren Mercer, Chief Executive Officer of MICT, commented: “We are delighted to see Tingo Mobile launch two significant revenue generating opportunities today. The launch of the partnership with AFAN has the potential to markedly increase Nwassa’s customer numbers and revenues from Q4 2022 onwards. With a high margin in excess of 90%, the impact on profitability should be considerable.
“The partnership with Visa, one of the world’s leading global payment solution providers, is also very exciting, and facilitates a number of new products and revenue streams, while also making a huge difference to Tingo Mobile’s ability to promote financial inclusion and financial upliftment.
“While we expect the combination of today’s two partnership launches to have a material impact on the MICT Group consolidated revenues and profitability in Q4 2022, we expect a more significant acceleration of growth to occur in 2023.”
Dr Farouk Rabiu Mudi, the President of the All Farmers Association of Nigeria (AFAN), commented: “We commend Tingo Mobile for their tremendous support of Nigeria’s farmers, including for their sponsorship of today’s National Farmers’ Day Celebration. Tingo’s Nwassa platform and other initiatives can make a real difference to the farmers, as has already been demonstrated, and we are very happy to be working with Tingo Mobile to enroll our members with them. We look forward to a long future of partnering with Tingo, and for them to play an even larger role in our farmers’ individual and collective success.”

" If we take Tingo's projected FY 2022 earnings estimate ( $ 470 million net profit) and divide by the outstanding shares after the close of the merger ( around 520 million ) we get $ .90 share , thus making MICT' s earnings per share even higher than it current price. If we multiply this by the fintech average PE ratio of 7.5 times, we get $6.75 > This all means that by November 30, an .80 stock will have a fair value $6.75 nearly 750% increase." >>>>> According to Magpie Securities
1.20 > Heavy volume ! Getting closer to merger.
