M45 Mining Resources Inc., formerly known as Quantitative Methods, Corp. (QTTM: OB), new strategy is focused on building shareholder value through the exploration and development of mineral claims, particularly in the Matagami Mining Camp located in Quebec, Canada.
The Matagami Mining Camp is known for its zinc-rich massive sulphide deposits. Initial exploratory work in the Camp can be traced back to the 1930's with Noranda's activities in the region. Ten of the eighteen deposits discovered to date have been mined and have produced a total of 3.9 Mt zinc and 0.4 Mt copper.
In July, 2005 publicly-traded Noranda Inc. amalgamated with its publicly-traded subsidiary Falconbridge Limited under the name Falconbridge Limited. In August, 2006 Falconbridge Limited was acquired by Xstrata PLC and announced the start-up of development on the Perseverance deposit discovered in 2000, which will be the second largest producer in the history of the camp. Falconbridge's nickel mining operations became part of the Xstrata Nickel business of Xstrata PLC while it's copper and zinc mining operations became part of the Xstrata Copper business.
Most importantly to M45 Mining Resources Inc., field observations, recent drilling, and a reinterpretation of historic data suggest that a vast area to the west of Matagami has the potential to host typical deposits as well as stratigraphically younger deposits.
Today, partners Donner Metals and Xstrata are aggressively exploring the camp. M45 Mining Resources is also focusing its exploration efforts on the Matagami Mining district. Taking advantage of more than 40 years of exploration and implementing leading-edge surveys on surface and in drill hole, these new exploration efforts target both known horizons and new areas.

M45 is a publicly trading Company currently doing business under the name "Quantitative Methods Corp" and trading on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol "QTTM.OB".

Our comprehensive business development program has been planed in order to build our asset base value in the first phase, and to initiate the drilling program in the short term, more specifically following our neighbor's property "Falconbridge" where the mine "Renaissance" is located on a main vein going West exactly on our territory. These first drillings will allow us to verify our geologist's vision and to evaluate the financial value of this first phase.
