Quantitative Methods, Corp. Announces Sale of Roadvision Subsidiary

NEW YORK, NY, Mar 30, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Quantitative Methods, Corp. (QTTM) today announced that it has completed the sale of its Roadvision subsidiary.

Considering the Corporation's new strategy focused on mineral exploration and development and pursuant to the interest expressed by the previous administration in re-acquiring the Roadvision technology, management deemed the transaction to be in the best interests of the Corporation.

The impact of consummating the transaction before March 31st allows the Company to remove all the debts and liabilities reattached to the subsidiary's operations, and conclude its fiscal year ending on March 31st with a clean financial slate.

Terms and conditions of the sale will be disclosed in the Company's form 8-K filing. Management also filed a definitive form 14-C to change the corporate name to "M45 Mining Resources Inc." The name change will be effective within 7 days. The Company is filing for a CUSIP number change as well.

Due to the aforementioned corporate activities, the Company anticipates the announcement of further administrative changes in the near future.
