The transaction closed last week and immediate steps are being taken to complete the initial workovers that were identified from the seismic analysis completed earlier this year. Development drilling will then begin.
Lithium Exploration Group plans to immediately convert its investment into the override of gross production to which it is entitled and should receive its first ever positive revenue next month. The data from the seismic shoot last year has resulted in well over 100 drilling locations and the development budget will allow for one rig to be on site indefinitely for continuous drilling and completion efforts.

It's not clear that they ARE in business. They haven't filed SEC documents that were due more than a month ago and that's NOT optional (they did not request a late filing and the late filing due date was weeks ago). Also, they haven't issued a PR in months which is very odd for them.

Is LEXG still around? They are weeks late in filing a 10-K and have not filed for a NT 10-K extension (which has to happen BEFORE they are late). I don't see where this has happened before - they usually file the NT 10-K and then file the 10-K on the extension date (which has also passed even if they HAD filed the NT 10-K). Haven't even heard a PR in 2.5 months (which is no big deal but the non-filing of a required SEC document should be a very big deal).

What do you want the SEC to do here? LEXG publishes all the awful things (death spiral financing, abandoning or selling projects at great losses, etc.) they do seemingly accurately in their 10-Qs and 10-Ks. Everything awful about this company has been published by themselves for years - what law did they break? If "investors" just read the PRs and not the SEC filings it is not the SEC's fault. It has been clear that this company has been run mainly for the death spiral convertible "investors" and, to lesser extent, to the benefit of Alex Walsh and not the benefit of the retail stock traders. That, in and of itself, is shady but legal however.

The SEC just this month made a major pump and dump related bust of 10 people and 10 firms including OPK, a prior shell company. The crimes were not disclosing the company's investors (which could be the case here - no holders are listed but the death spiral convertible investor holds more than 50% of the vote) and for those 10 companies there were proven lies about the business (amount invested in R&D, etc.) - LEXG never pretends to have more than one person working on things, spending no money and having no assets or R&D. Traders keep buying - I doubt it is because they think LEXG is a great company but likely, as with most penny stocks. that they believe they can find a greater fool to profit from.
