EMDH Sees Increases in Revenue and Net Income for First Three Quarters of 2007

Emerging Media Inc. and recently acquired subsidiary Media Alianta (formerly Cabavarum and Analytic Media Group) have reported a 113 percent increase in revenue and a 239 percent increase in Net Income. This is compared to the same period last year.

Last Year EMG acquired Cabavarum and Analytic Media Group, a Radio and Television broadcasting company located in emerging country Republic of Moldova. The deal involved a recapitalization of Cabavarum that transferred 12 million shares of EMG common stock to Cabavarum shareholders and associates. Since then the name has changed to Media Alianta and they launched a new channel TV7 that has received the highest ratings after only being on air for 18 months.

EMG last month signed an advertising distribution agreement with Video Int LTD. This guarantees them with a steady stream of revenues it is expected that it will boost 2008 revenues by at least 35% to 40%. Video International M LTD. is a member of Eastern Europe’s largest group of companies which had sales last year of $2.5 billion. The agreement furthers EMG market share in Moldova.

The president of EMG is quoted saying, “We are pleased with the ratings we are getting having just recently launched the channel. In an effort to raise our viability and increase our market share we have begun to aggressively diversify our portfolio, creating new shows designed to expand audience and drive ratings. As a company we are focused on capturing a larger share of Moldova’s rapidly expanding Market.”

EMDH is “One to Watch”

Emerging Media Holdings operates through its two subsidiaries, Media Alianta S.R.L. and Analytic Media Group, S.A. The company is primarily focused on radio and television broadcasting where it derives most of its revenues through advertisement sales.

Analytic Media Group is known as the market leader in television advertising and production of its own TV shows in the Republic of Moldova. In March of 2006, the subsidiary began a new TV project based on a contract signed with NTV and NTV World, which increased Emerging Media Holdings revenues 272%.

The company recently further expanded its corporate media profile through the signing of an advertising distribution agreement with Video International M, LTD. The agreement secures a steady stream of advertising revenue and lists the company among some of the worlds’ best known brand names.

I have posted what Paul wrote and said about Iurie Bordian in an unbiased way. It's information, nothing more. I do not condone or deny his statement - it is what it is. It's also interesting background for his tale of the origin of the Telatinos short position.

Speaking for myself - If I were Iurie, and thought Paul or his hedgie noteholders were shorting my company into the gound, I would have reacted appropriately.

But obviously I am not in a position to know the truth of a situation that occurred in Moldova in 2003. If Iurie is indeed following this thread, I would love to hear his side of the story.

Regardless of the disposition of the two men, what I find a most interesting excerise is to put myself in Taylor's shoes....

--I got 67 million shares from Iurie and my broker shorted against them
--Iurie fired me and cancelled those shares
--Now I'm short with no box, I'm screwed, margin call screaming, to whom do I turn?
--What do I have offer in return for assistance?

I have two possible answers, would love to hear others.

Because I read your post, your night of innuendo Bordian bashing and the coup de.. your publication of Paul Taylors email horribly negative about Bordian. He starts saying more positive things about Paul and he starts repeating Pauls stories to assert things on Pauls behalf. Like you and the other members of iHub, I have done my own DD. My personal opinion is that there is no link between those two companies, because apart from Bordian, who happens to be a former President of Netco, neither its business or anything suggests otherwise.

How I found EMDH? It never happens to you to google key words in order to find what u need? I've googled Taylor, his friends, and Bordian, and a whole page showed up with EMDH filings on different sites lately.

I know a lot about NCVT since the times when the merger occurred between Millagro and Trezac in 2003, and thanks to your posts and research I have been updates to what happens now.

My investment was very limited so I sold it for pennies in January 2004 or something...but as I see, a lot worse came afterwards.

You are right, but that was like 4 years ago, and NCVT is a reporting company no more, a lot of things could've happened since then. I assume the former managers of Telatinos can explain us if that is still the case. If I understood correctly one of the members of this forum is a former CEO of Telatinos who turned against PT, right?

Yep, that's what I've found too. No record of a dissolution, sale, acquisition or R/M since the last Trezac/Millagro filing.

According to all known public sources, Millagro still owns NCTV and Iurie runs Millagro.

serfdom, the only documents available on the internet are the latest Millagro Intl filing prior to being transformed to Telatinos, by Paul Taylor's hand. That was the last time Bordian figured on the documents. How did that happened, is a mystery.

I can assume that Paul Taylor took over by fraud, since no indication is that Bordian signed anything, or gave away his majority stock. Considering that, Madison Stock Transfer may be involved, since they printed anything on Taylor's request.

About the EMH filing, seems that Bordian is still managing Millagro, may be it's the company supposed to be the subsidary of Millagro Intl shell.

Nice report Alvarez. Would love to find the documents that prove Bordian cut his ties with the US shell....and when. That document could help us better understand who is in control of NCVT now.

You may be right, and we're not implying that there is a link. We'll be asking the company for information and to outline the relationship, lack of a relationship, and an explanation as to how the shell fell into the hands of third-parties.

I am an argentinian investor, I used to invest in NCVT, Paul Taylor's never ending scam.

For the past 3 months I've been reading your posts on his former shells and I have been watching EMH too and I am glad that things are moving to bring to justice PT and his cronies. However I don't think there is necessarily a link between those two companies.

Bordian used to be President of Millagro, and the CFO before then. During the time he was CEO I had contact with him on email, he told me Taylor promised him money for the reverse merger, that would have helped him pay the debtors and develop his business, I don't what happened afterwards. His contact in America was Serguei Melnik from Florida, a former officer within Millagro/Trezac, and Asconi, a winemaking company, who at one time helped this company achieve pretty much on the stock market, even bringing it to Amex.

I don't know, my opinion is that Bordian is probably a victim of PT, may be he and Melnik are starting something new, given their experience.

Still, let's wait and see, that's my opinion given the information available on the internet.
