Yep, that's what I've found too. No record of a dissolution, sale, acquisition or R/M since the last Trezac/Millagro filing.

According to all known public sources, Millagro still owns NCTV and Iurie runs Millagro.

Good stocks are obvious. Extensive DD is how you convince yourself to buy a bad one.
