Bob Hancher, Chairman- Mr. Hancher is the founder of Legend Motors with over 20 years of experience in product development and corporate management. He was a team owner in the motor sports world for over 10 years, predominantly Indy Car, and is responsible for introducing the PI research technology (Telemetry Systems) to the U.S. which is now used in all motor sports. He also serves on several Board of Directors.
Ed Orsini, Vice Chairman- Mr. Orsini is a former CFO of Ford Motor Co., South America and was responsible for finance, treasury, accounting, tax analysis, credit, audit IT, and administration functions with a proven track record leading the restructuring of operations in volatile political and economical environments that generated positive cash and profit results. Extensive, diversified and hands-on experience in global automotive operations and financial management including component Tier 1 plants. He has demonstrated the ability to build and lead collaborative teams that achieve results. As a proven coach and mentor, he serves as Vice Chairman with day to day board approval to develop the company to the highest capability to enhance shareholder.
Rick A. Tom, CEO/CFO- Mr. Tom is a 26 year financial professional with experience in manufacturing, and financial sectors. As a proven leader of people, Mr. Tom expects to lead the company in growth and prosperity. He is a financial executive with both international and domestic experience. Mr. Tom's expertise is in cash management, financial analysis, planning, forecasting, risk management, banking, leasing, cost accounting, and auditing. He has experience with acquisitions, divestitures, debt refinancing, equity offerings and bank relationships.
Ian C. Marsh, President- Mr. Marsh is an Operations Management Executive with over 30 Years experience. Before joining Legend Motors Worldwide, Mr. Marsh has held a variety of positions including owning and operating his own venture. His background includes OEM, Tier 1 and 2 as well as other industries such as building products, nuclear and mass transit. Accomplishments include having achieved six sigma levels of inventory accuracy while turning the inventory in excess of 119 times annualized. He has lead a completely self directed work team environment.
Jamie Downs, Director of Design- Mr. Downs is a notable award winning designer (Louisville NSRA street rod nationals, with best new body styles in 1989, 94, 95, 98, and 99). He's well diversified in closed molding processes including RTM, RIM, CCBM, and vacuum bagging. Mr. Downs is experienced in prototyping of small and large components and has experience with urethane injection molding and tooling, thermoforming, and rotational. Having hands on experience with several composite materials many of his designs are now the mainstay of the hotrod world.
Burl Outlaw, Director of Marketing- After successful careers bringing composite shafts to the PGA Tour and a stint funding motorsports teams in all forms of racing, Mr. Outlaw joins the team with over 25 years of sales and marketing success. Mr. Outlaw is responsible for dealer sales, marketing and advertising worldwide.
