LMWW Holdings, Inc. Acquires a Controlling Interest in Legend Motors Worldwide, Inc.

LAWTON, Mich.--LMWW Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets:LMWW), a Florida corporation, has acquired the majority of the issued and outstanding shares of Legend Motors Worldwide, Inc., a privately-held Nevada corporation.

As a result, Legend Motors Worldwide has become a majority-owned subsidiary of LMWW Holdings, Inc. and shall constitute LMWW Holdings, Inc. sole business. The sole officer of LMWW Holdings, Inc. has resigned and the officers of Legend Motors Worldwide have assumed their respective positions with LMWW Holdings, Inc. LMWW Holdings, Inc. board of directors now consists of Dennis Severson, Vincent Otto and L.G. Hancher, Jr. (all of whom were directors of Legend Motors immediately prior to and after the transaction).
