ACGX, looks like it's very undervalued. About a $100,000 market cap on net income of $800,000. Right now it has a DTC chill that the company is trying to get removed, but they are up to date on all their filings, so it could come at any time. I could not buy any through Ameritrade, but some on the ACGX board have been able to buy through other brokers.
Everyone check out VRNG, lotto play with huge potential like no other.
SEGI-They moved the release date back to Sept. The book the movie is based on will be re-released with the movie cover art and a mention about the movie and Sycamore Ent. next month, so it makes sense to move the release date, and next month is when summer movies begin, so they moved the date to Sept. after summer is over and award season begins.

:) go ZNOM
unfortunately the cat has been let out of the bag
I have been in ZNOM for a while, unfortunately the cat has been let out of the bag, I was hoping to keep it quiet for much longer so I could buy more over a long period of time, anyways, go check out the stickies on the board and see if you like it.
Great news for us OTC guys!!!! The SEC just acknowledged the OTC!!! This is huge huge news, everyone has been saying they are trying to wipe out the OTC, this shows exactly the opposite, the SEC is supporting the OTC, even throwing business our way!!! We may start to see some very exciting companies come into the OTC very soon, also more money flow!!!
Under the new rules, reverse merger companies will be prohibited from applying to list until they have completed a one-year "seasoning period" by trading in the over-the-counter market or on another regulated exchange.
New pick for the board, UFFC, do your own DD, could really blow up or be a great long hold. I'd like to buy it closer to 5c but it might go from here. 45MM O/S.IMO
George Naddaff – Chairman and CEO
George Naddaff is considered by many to be the "Guru of Franchising". He developed Boston Chicken/Boston Market into a national franchise brand and in 1992 sold it to a group of Blockbuster Video executives. In 1993 he shared in its record-setting IPO (143% first-day increase). Naddaff has founded and/or been significantly involved with several other successful concepts including: Mulberry Child Care Centers, which had over 90 company-owned childcare centers when it was sold to KinderCare; Sylvan Learning Centers, the nation's leading after-school learning facilities; Ranch*1, a New York-based chain of grilled chicken sandwich restaurants; Living and Learning Schools, which operated more than 50 upscale childcare facilities and was sold to KinderCare; VR Business Brokers, the nation's largest business brokerage franchise with over 350 offices, which was acquired in 1986 by Christies, London. Naddaff began his career in food service when he co-founded International Foods, which operated 19 KFC franchises in the Boston area and was sold in 1970.

New GFME news found, it was quickly removed by Homeclick after it was discussed on the ihub board, LMFAO! Seems to be the smoking gun we were all looking for. Notice where it says "opening of new stores"!

The strong bid support is holding up so far in the low 2's...could get another run soon...fins, Turtle DVD, Cook County and Toys in the Attic over the next 6 weeks
Yep, looks like some are trying to get out, you don't want to see what happens if 10% of the 337MM float try to get out on the same day. I've consistantly said, trade it, don't hold it. And don't read the board over there, too many spin doctors, one minute the current movie being released is going to be a game changer, then the next minute, after that movie flops, people come back and say they never had any expectations for that movie anyways. Or people act like every dollar coming in goes to the company and they seem to forget about their billion dollar partner all of a sudden. They need money to get another movie like 12 and for P&A for that movie, the only way I see that happening is through dilution, 200MM shares at 2c gets them $4MM if they can find someone willing to do a PP at the current price.IMO
Here's a good review of what occured at the SEC roundtable about microcap stocks, the whole video is at the bottom of the page.

Please get back to the board when you find a brokerage that will let you transfer your account over.
Scratch that with Fidelity. They are terminating accounts and not accepting these transfers. Not sure what I will do now :(......
Thanks for sharing your experience with the board!
I recently moved to Fidelity from Zecco. Have not heard of any major snags so far from others who have done the same. (I am not sure that E-trade or TDA are accepting all of the Penson transfers).
Your bank line to Zecco will immediately be closed as soon as the transfer process begins. Folks transferring from Zecco will get a bogus margin call notice. Don't freak out--I haven't heard of anyone's shares being sold to make this call. There are transfer out fees (~$50 or so) that you will get hit with and that will follow you to your next broker.
I still need to fix my cost-basis in the new account, but other than that--all systems go--and I managed to buy some IDLM last week no problem.
It's a shame. I was a long-time fan of Zecco (despite the occasional hiccup), but the issues with Penson have invoked an about-face in Zecco's business model.
Everyone needs to move their money and holdings out of Zecco if you haven't already, they and Penson are messing with the penny market and are part of the reason the market is slow right now, as they are tying up a lot of people and their money. I am with Ameritrade and have been for about 10 years now, yes sometimes they wont let me buy certain stocks online, but it doesn't happen very often, I would definitely suggest them. Also E-trade is very good. You might pay a little more for these name brand brokerages, but it's worth it.IMO
Locked and loaded Sam! I am hopeful for SEGI to bring Christmas early this year! As you said with the float as locked as it is, this could hit .20 or .30 without breaking a sweat.
Rocktober is SEGI month. Hope everyone is loaded up. Ed Sylvan (CEO) says he's on track to make his long-awaited movie announcements this month. With the float held tightly, SEGI could fly hard and fast.
It's a trading stock in my book, I have followed the stock since it was a shell and have seen so much BS the past 2 years I can't honestly suggest anyone invest there. Buy the dips and sell the hype.IMO
MWWC is a no brainer, just couldn't get anyone to listen until now. Had 55 boardmarks in Feb., had 90 a month ago, and soon we will have 200+, with such a low O/S and float this thing is going to go crazy once everyone sees what's going on with the company and the kind of deals they are making.IMO
Congrats way to keep picking them!
Loving MWWC!!!! Thank you again for the heads up LOL! Just found this board and marked it, will be following from now on! Happy to be here.
MWWC hit $0.022 today, closed at $0.0199! Just the beginning. Easily the best penny stock right now. OTC, 53MM O/S, 2c, 3 year contract with GM, does business with Toyota and many of the other car companies.IMO
No doubt! Hoping to get in early next week.
It's only $0.0149, I don't think you missed anything yet, the ship is just starting to leave.IMO
I didn't have the money to get in when you called it.... I'm pissed! Really wishing I was able to jump on that sailing ship then! Thanks for the heads up.
MWWC is $0.011, a $580K market cap fully reporting OTC company that has a 3 year contract with GM, what more can you ask for :)
