Great news for us OTC guys!!!! The SEC just acknowledged the OTC!!! This is huge huge news, everyone has been saying they are trying to wipe out the OTC, this shows exactly the opposite, the SEC is supporting the OTC, even throwing business our way!!! We may start to see some very exciting companies come into the OTC very soon, also more money flow!!!

Under the new rules, reverse merger companies will be prohibited from applying to list until they have completed a one-year "seasoning period" by trading in the over-the-counter market or on another regulated exchange.
