(Pink Sheets: KNGS) is pleased to announce that the Company will be establishing a short term rental and leasing subsidiary in order to help increase the Company's revenue streams. After considerable due diligence and deliberation, Kingsley has found a need to focus its business on the short-term rental of Kingsley custom coaches, as well as motor homes made by other manufacturers.

 The motor home market has had considerable increases in the number of sales in the last decade, from 2001 to 2004; motor home ownership increased over 39%. According to the U.S. Census Bureau and the RV Rental Assoc. RV rental has become a $350 million a year business and is likely to increase with sales of motor homes dipping in the last year as well as the current down turn in the financial sector; the average age for motor home ownership is 49.

The Board of Directors of Kingsley Coach would like to share some exciting developments with its shareholders and the marketplace.

During the latter part of calendar year 2007, Kingsley began an aggressive analysis of all areas of its business, with a sharp eye on cost reduction, in an attempt to better position the Company for the future. During the initial analysis, it was determined that there were a number of inefficiencies in the production process, as well as several areas of duplicate services in the corporate and administrative departments of the Company. It was also discovered that the Company's sales and marketing efforts could be better targeted in order to generate a more profitable mix of sales.

Kingsley has recently begun a partner program with key vendors throughout the nation. This program will enable Kingsley to focus on more efficiently managing the production process. The Company will be able to streamline production, more adequately control costs, maintain a strict timeline, keep attention to detail and customization, and continue to provide the high quality Kingsley Coach the market and its customers have come to know and respect.

Corporate overhead has been dramatically altered. Duplicate services have been eliminated and payroll reduced. Rent and utilities expenses have been changed to significantly lower rates. Finally, corporate books and records have been updated, and quarterly financial results will be reported on a timely basis. Efficiency in each component of the company has become a priority as a constant vigil is kept on improving margins, and contracting coach delivery time.

Kingsley Coach will soon launch a new marketing campaign. Kingsley Coach Announces Plans for Hybrid

ZIMMERMAN, MN, Aug 27, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Kingsley Coach, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: KNGS) announced today that it is considering alternatives for a hybrid version of its K-3 model custom coach as part of an environmental and fuel economy push designed to make Kingsley's K-3 the first hybrid RV model on the market.
The potential hybrid under consideration will be either a regular petrol engine married to an electric motor, or would use a hydrogen injection system to help improve gas mileage and reduce emissions. Kingsley is also pursuing the use of solar panels on their coaches as an alternate source of power for convenience items within the coach.

"We have started discussions with several manufacturing companies about the concept of a hybrid RV and are excited about the possibilities," stated Allan Smethers, CEO. "With the current high cost of fuels, it clearly makes sense for us to explore the possibilities of a hybrid technology. Preliminary research indicates that fuel savings can amount to 35 percent on electric hybrids and 15 percent on hydrogen injection systems," added Smethers.
