The key will be what division KNGS will become in the grand scheme of things, according to Jan's update letter on HOTI site. There are 3 options left... security, biotech, or healthcare IT. AEGY is energy and SKTO is healthcare services and facilities. Guess we will find out when acquisition is final. Glad to see AEGY SEC filings, hopefully SKTO will follow soon, but I am sure with all the recent acquisitions and agreements, the financial audits required are a nightmare and time consuming.
