July for the RM? Where did you hear that? Any contact with the CEO?
July at the latest? I hope you are right. It would be nice to own something before the merger news with this shell.
Hey phishtrick
I'm still holding a few here also, waiting to Flex4/50
June getting closer don't you graduate then?
Miss seeing you at the Nation, drop by and let me know about your coming graduation and how your doing, I'll leave a light on in the window for you :)
QMIN is looking attension and momentum
I got out of QMIN a few weeks ago (at a loss), but now that it's bottomed and flatlined, might get back in...
this tweet, though totally unrelated to QMIN, piqued my interest:
Retweeted by Senator Rand Paul
Kentucky #hemp, going in the ground at University of Kentucky research farm.

(cut and paste for pic)
maybe a hemp venture????
I was unaware of the poor financial footing (if any) of the company. so if the future of this company is a shareholder concern what is the future of Kentucky Energy? I dont know. If its the coal mines, then yeah you could make worse investments but I did buy and own some shares.
Hey Pinky, I think Kentucky Energy is good to go because of geo-political shifts in the production possibilities; i.e. shipping coal to places without natural gas. It's got a good name, and stands to do well under a republican held congress in 2016. these are good enough reasons to buy it. Coal may be and is very useful in the future to hedge energy bottlenecks world wide.
Same here. Hopefully, a fairly successful smaller private company purchases the shell. That would probably be the best case scenario. I don't know what to make of Eugene and Co. anymore. If they had any sense at all, you'd have thought they'd been able to sell the shell already. It will be interesting to say the least. I do know this much, there were a couple of hundred million shares accumulated back in March. Something's up. A stock with little to no volume in 3 years doesn't just suddenly start up with strong bids outta nowhere like back in March. Seemingly out of the blue too. Definite lotto play. Hell, a partnership with a weed outfit would have made the most sense. It's painfully obvious that these guys (Eugene & management) are not too sharp. Best of luck to ya
Any ideas on the types of possible businesses? I guess all would be considered. Marijuana Plays are not so hot now.
Thanks for the update. It will be a fun lotto play if it pans out. I hope its a complete take over and new management.
Why is that exactly Fat yankee??? I bought due in part to accumulation factors and indicators back in March.
Why do you love Kentucky Energy?? The company filed bankruptcy. It's done. The only value lies in the shell and outstanding shares accordingly.
I have been hearing rumblings about old management possibly selling the shell or even moving a separate entity into it sometime this summer. When I spoke with Eugene's goofy self, he simply mentioned they might move an existing business into it, yada yada, etc. This guy was busted by the SEC already, so there is very little hope unless he sells the shell. Eugene, sell the shell already!!!
-Sincerely
PK
Good news bud. Ty for sharing
REVERSE MERGER IMMINENTJust heard from a friend out east. The buying back in March was family and friends loading for the reverse merger this summer. Word on the street is July at the latest. Call or contact Harvey Westbury #'s to find out more. They are hush, hush, but say that they might be moving something into the shell......hmmmmmmmm
Its a good bet at bottom dollar. This will either get taken over by an investor group or halted by the SEC. Time will tell!
I got me some lotto tix here. Patiently waiting for a pop.
$1.44 ask by CANT & INTL this morning
interesting...
Its very realistic.
Well said!!! GGII is going to go this afternoon!!
Your opinion. Glad you bought in! You probably regret it but hopefully you learn. I still think something could be here and will wait it out. Goodluck!
Only thing you will get here is snake eyes.
Jeff I don't have the contact number to GGII but that's the best shell for your guys to look at.
Just look up Lisa Martinez or check the GGII board as her info was just posted last week!!!!
I still think its a great play. Time will tell! Roll those dice!
Because I am patient. It takes time. Heck FIG$ took 13 months with an attorney to find a candidate and then they Reverse Split the stock. If nothing happens within 2 months selling my position for a loss. Not a big deal man. Part of the risk reward for the lotto play but if they announce a take over with new management this will run to over a penny. All part of that risk reward!
Why would i let a couple of week scare me of no updates. Most penny plays are a game of patience. I am not a day trader. Buy before the crowd buys. Never chase a crap stock no matter what they say.
I will follow the 100 million shares that were bought up 2 months ago. Tells a tale that has yet to be unveiled!
I will call again. lol Everything is a MMj play now days.. I will confirm...
Call in a bit or tomorrow he will tell you the same thing... It's a valuable shell and they are looking to do something while Harvey Westbury is still an active company.
GGII closely monitor this MJ play to be!!
Call their sister company! GGII is a low buy!
http://investorshub.advfn.com/Harvey-Westbury-HVYW-3869/
I tried too awhile ago n got the same result, but with the right CEO n a restatement this is a sexy shell with great upswing
Just called phone number...DISCONNECTED.
How can you make that statement? 1 or 2 months at the latest??? I'd feel a lot better if a professional sounding individual actually picked up the phone when I called.
Relax sometimes these games take patience. We should know something within a month or two at the latest.
I'm the first one to admit that I never should have bought shares of this stock Phish. Although I bought in March at the suggestion of my cousin who day trades quite a bit and he still believes something big is in the works, so who knows. I'm just frustrated to see that these characters still do not utter a peep even though many people have invested in their company. Then again it is a penny stock so it's all a gamble anyway.
Why not take responsibility for your own decisions ;)
This should be at .0001 and No Bid. There is no New management & NO QMIN is not going to magically jump head first into the MJ sector. We haven't heard a peep from management and when calling a number associated with those guys, all we ever get is random laughter and shady grumblings about "where there's smoke, there's fire." What a joke. I'm sorry I ever dropped a nickel into this POS ticker. If management had any competence whatsoever, they'd have hitched their wagons to the MJ craze in Kentucky. The truth of the matter is this: They simply are not bright enough to pick up the pieces from their scam and get things going again. Thanks for nothing Eugene
Great find just a matter of time before QMIN and also GGII enter the MJ industry.
Just not sure who will join first?
That very well could be QMIN! Imagine if it turns out to be. Explains why someone is accumulating. Think it will be?
Polaris International Holdings Enters Joint Venture for Kentucky Hemp Project
Kentucky Hemp Project?????
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/polaris-international-holdings-enters-joint-120000590.html?soc_src=mediacontentstory
Polaris International Holdings, Inc. (PIHN) has entered into a revolutionary agreement with a 70 acre hemp farm in Kentucky. The agreement provides for Polaris to secure 100% of the harvested material for the extraction of cannabinoids.
Polaris is focused on the development of their ProCannas Product line and intends on utilizing some of the production of Hemp to be used for the production of such said line of products and the availability to enter into other markets as well.
The two companies will form a separate LLC of which each company will be members.
Kentucky passed SB50 in 2013 which removes hemp from the controlled substances list and allows for Kentucky farmers to cultivate the crop without fear of law enforcement. To read the entire bill visit http://www.lrc.ky.gov/record/13RS/SB50.htm
"With Kentucky's SB50 becoming law and allowing the growth of hemp, the opportunity to secure farmland for our benefit was necessary. By entering this joint venture, we are opening the door to establish our own supply of CBD for use in our ProCannas products. This will substantially reduce our production costs and therefore increase profitability for the Company." states Medical Director, Dr. Vasthi Alvarez Avila. Tentative plans for extraction of the CBDs from the growth production will be completed within Kentucky which will decrease delivery and production time.
The Company is also looking forward to the launch of its new website in the coming weeks which will have more detailed information on the company, production, and the ProCannas line of products.
Ru entitled to you opinion,if ur invested here it wasn't anyone's advice so if u feel disappeared move on ,I'm staying ,yeah management is full of retards but I'm still betting ma $.25 on em.but what do I know
Most "loading" has been done for a bit now. Avg volume has been dwindling steadily and we have not heard anything from old or new management. When I got ahold of Chiramonte Jr, he quite honestly started giggling when I asked if there was anything in the works for QMIN. Then there was the "where there's smoke, there's fire" comment as well. He alluded to the fact that we'd all have to wait and see as well....
This stock is a joke. The guys associated with it are a joke. Basically, anyone who sees any potential in this aptly named Zombie stock has no concept of investing in penny plays whatsoever. Playing momentum stocks in the penny market requires at least a random PR or tweet from the company's management. Quite frankly, I don't see how this will hold .0005's much longer. What a POS
I know there has been someone loading secretly call me crazy but no one loads that much unless he knows something
Hey QMIN do you really think that previous management team is going to step down?
Do you think with a solid acquisition into MJ would this stock trade over 300 million shares the first day? What are you thoughts?
You think this could be the week? I hold a large position but at the same time I do not want to see this halted because of lack of filings. Someone bought 100 million shares that one day. To me that tells a story. Why did they buy it?
I really do think that if they become a medical MJ candidate it very well could hit 5 cents short term. With maybe 6 months 25 cents.
You think we will get an update within 6 weeks?
hah Nice direction today at QMIN :)

Quest minerals & mining corp:
Quest Minerals & Mining acquires and operates energy and mineral related properties in the southeastern part of the United States. Quest is a holding company for Quest Energy, Ltd., and Gwenco, Inc. Gwenco leases over 700 acres of coal mines, with approximately 12,999,000 tons of coal in place. In 2007 Gwenco had reopened Gwenco's deep mine at Pond Creek and has begun production at the Pond Creek seam. This seam of high quality compliance coal is located at Slater's Branch, South Williamson, Kentucky. Quest Minerals & Mining plans to open another seam by years end. (www.questmining.net )
Coal Reserves:
Quest estimates that, as of December 31, 2006, it has total recoverable reserves of approximately twelve million tons consisting of both proven and probable reserves. "Reserves" is that part of a mineral deposit, which could be economically and legally extracted or produced at the time of the reserve determination. "Recoverable" reserves mean coal that is economically recoverable using existing equipment and methods under federal and state laws currently in effect. Approximately nine million tons of Quest's reserves are classified as proven reserves. None of Quest's reserves are classified as probable reserves. The degree of assurance, although lower than that for proven (measured) reserves, is high enough to assume continuity between points of observation.

"Plan of Reorganization" for QMIN's subsidiary Gwenco, Inc.
-SOMETHING EXTRA IN THE NEWS IN KENTUCKY THAT WILL DIRECTLY AFFECT US!
Plans are unveiled for a four billion dollar coal to liquid fuel plant in eastern Kentucky. Officials say they already know where it will be built in Pike County. Leaders didn't announce an official plant Monday, but announced their plan to get one here. A one year study shows the Big Shoal site in Pikeville is the best spot, and now state and federal officials are jumping on board, saying Monday we need to build this to slash gas price, and help the Appalachian economy. Pike County and state leaders say billions of tons of coal leaves the region. "We want that to change," says Wayne T. Rutherford, Pike County Judge-Executive.
Instead, the plan is to keep it in eastern Kentucky, and go to Pike County and turn into liquid fuel. "To produce our own transportation fuels with our own people, and we need to be doing that," says Rep. Rocky Adkins, House Majority Leader "(This) will allow the United States to become energy independent and free of foreign oil, and money going overseas can actually be invested back in the United States," says Kimberly Wells, Summit Engineering.
Local, state, and national Leaders want to build a four billion dollar coal to liquid fuel plant in Pikeville. A study says the Big Shoal Site is the best spot because it is near U.S. 23, a railroad, and an airport, and can easily get coal from Kentucky, West Virginia, and Virginia. Now they're looking at making the plans become a reality.
"Something that can be achieved," says Rep. Adkins. Organizers say the plant will be environmentally friendly and use clean coal technology. "We have to breathe the air like anyone else, and we don't want to do anything to the ozone. We don't want do damage it," says Rutherford. Officials say they don't want to use taxpayer dollars to build it, and instead are looking for investors to pay the four billion dollar price tag."To us, that is a whole lot of money, but it is not in the energy crisis," says Rutherford. Developers believe the money will be well-spent, saying it will instead pay for itself in the long run and create thousands of jobs, and pump millions of dollars into Eastern Kentucky."We can turn this into a tremendous opportunity for our people," says Rep. Adkins. But they say this is just the beginning, and there is a lot of work before it will be a reality. State leaders say the energy incentives passed last year are already drawing interest for investors. Senator Jim Bunning plans to discuss this in Washington in a few months as well.
Rutherford also says the air force says they're on board to buy the liquid fuel and help where needed.
