Right now I am trying to buy all the shares I can in JANX.
We have had orders in now for over two days on the ask and today they filled our orders.
This tells me that there is no shares out there to be bought and if you want more then you better put an order in so when the weak sell your order will be filled.
The E will come off as it always has in the past this is nothing new to us longs because we get the E every quarter but Mr. Goett will file on time before the D comes.

100% agreement here but from what I have been watching my opinion is that he is one very skillful person. If he can't do the marketing set up himself, I sure bet he will find someone that will.

NOVEMBER -- OKID.COM Time is close for the new okid website to reopen. With all the world tension, I can only imagine how many folks will be shopping online. Interactive and educational products are high on my kids shopping list and I am sure they are on many other parent's shopping list. The one thing I do know KIDS WILL HAVE a great Christmas. I intend to be sure that my family has a great Christmas. I also plan to give my kids a future and that means some stock in JANX. Why? They have safe, unusual, new, interactive products for kids and they are available world wide -- sounds like a winning combination to me.
Another Good Idea. I have been very impressed with his progress and action and feel he will pursue all avenues to make this a success..
Wise. . .
Many of us are looking forward to the progress. You should have Mr. Goett contact HRCT's leadership. Particularly if Mr. Goett is getting interest in China. These two could REALLY hit it big!
Peace. . .

One thing I would like to add. If you do not get an immediate answer be patient. This is a very busy man and a slow response might just be something new cooking.
I just got off the phone with Mr. Goett.
First off on the question if he would sell the company ?
The answer is no because right now he has a great vision for JANX down the road that keeps him from even thinking of selling out.
Now he did say once everything is in place then if someone was to make him an offer then he would take the offer into consideration.
Next question was when is okid.com going to be back up ?
Mr. Goett is having the whole website redesigned with a new shopping mall and shopping cart added to the site for online orders to be placed on all the products that JANX has to offer including the new products that will be out soon and the web should be back online by the middle of November and will be ready for the Christmas orders.
Now lets talk about the new book fixing to hit the market.
"Anvil Publishing (launching with this
publishing) is immediately co-publishing another Thomas title, "Seeds of Fire:
China and the Story Behind the Attack on America", with local publisher
Dandelion Books. The printing for this title has begun and distribution is
slated for the first two weeks of November.
"`Seeds' is a very compelling book for us to begin this relationship
with," explains Robert Dotson, President of Anvil. "Gordon is one of the
world's leading intelligence and terrorism experts and knows his subject
intimately -- he proves that in this book. This is up to the minute, timely
and extremely important information. There is controversy in this book but,
America needs to know there is more stacked against us right now -- today,
than just Afghanistan and bin Laden. As unimaginable and reprehensible as the
damnable attack by bin Laden and his miserable followers was, there is more.
We need to know who our friends are -- and who they are not."
This IMO and Mr.Goett feels that this book will be one of the biggest sellers on the market especially for New York and all Americans to better understand world's leading intelligence and terrorism experts.
Christmas is looking real good for sales in JANX product lines with everything now falling into place.
Mr. Goett has done one great job for his company and all his share holders.
He would like to talk to any share holder that has questions so please give him a call at 602-808-9771
If no answer then leave a message and he will call you back asap.
Go JANX Go and Thank You Mr. Goett for sharing this information.

Anvil Studios, Recently Acquired by Janex International, Acquires Book Rights,
Jumpstarts Phoenix Film Production
PHOENIX, Oct. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Anvil Studios, Inc.
(www.anvilstudios.com) -- a leading production studio for theatrical,
television and "convergence" content -- announced today the acquisition of
book rights for two major titles by best-selling author Gordon Thomas, "Desire
and Denial" and "Mindfield".
As part of the transaction, Anvil Publishing (launching with this
publishing) is immediately co-publishing another Thomas title, "Seeds of Fire:
Dotson stated that the securing of these book rights and the publishing
activities were the first installment of a much larger relationship which
includes screenplays, film rights and production of more than eleven films
over the next four years, all under the auspices of Anvil Studios or in co-
production relationships with European studios. Among these films is
"Tiananmen" which is adapted from the "Seeds of Fire" book.
Other films included in the overall relationship are "Desire and Denial",
"Mindfield", "Mambo", "Issels", "The Jesus Conspiracy", "Enslaved", and
6 films from the international bestseller, "Gideon's Spies". Gordon Thomas,
several in conjunction with acclaimed Director/Writer Kevan Barker, authored
the screenplays.
Many of the productions are tagged to be filmed in Arizona. Most of the
pre- and post-production and for all of the titles will also be done in
Phoenix.
Anvil and Dandelion are planning to co-host Gordon Thomas (who resides in
Ireland) in Phoenix, and other cities in the U.S., the first week of November.
Mr. Thomas will be doing television interviews relative to terrorism and
intelligence, as well as signings and promotion of the new book.
"To say that we are excited about this relationship would be an
understatement," Dotson stated with a grin. He continued, "One of the other
great things to come from this is the relationship with Dandelion. Carol Adler
is first rate. We certainly intend to co-publish the next two titles with her
company and the subsequent ones, as the relationship (with author Thomas)
continues and expands."
Anvil Studios, now becoming Anvil Media following a majority acquisition
by Janex International (OTC Bulletin Board: JANX) in September, is focused on
family entertainment. The company has stated that "family" is more than
children's programming and animation, it means everything in information,
media, or entertainment that is important to today's family.
Vincent W. Goett, Janex Chairman and CEO, said, "This (Anvil's
relationship with Thomas) is a rare opportunity for Anvil Publishing, and
Janex overall, to step up and make an international impact. Janex will be
working very closely with Gordon Thomas, Ms. Adler, and several companies in
Europe to not only ensure the success of these projects, but to integrate the
marketing, distribution, and, where and when appropriate, such as with "Mambo"
(a romp which includes elephants and grand adventure), toys, games, and
educational merchandise."
Anvil also holds rights to "Soldiers of Misfortune", a theatrical live-
action comedy; "Hope Canyon", an animated feature film; Joy Berry's "Superstar
Kids Club", a fun and educational television series based on Joy Berry's award
winning children's living skills books; and an episodic "reality based"
television property, under tight wraps, targeted at teens.
Dandelion Books (www.dandelionbooks.com) is locally operated (in Tempe,
AZ) by Ms. Carol Adler, who has been a force in modernizing distribution and
retailing in the publishing industry. Dandelion carries many of Gordon Thomas'
38 books and is considered a key partner by Anvil Media.
Gordon Thomas (www.gordonthomas.ie) with twenty-five years of intelligence
writing behind him has authored more than 38 books, multiple screenplays,
produced numerous films, and (having lived among and with several intelligence
individuals/organizations) is recognized internationally as an expert in
terrorism and intelligence. He is continually sought by the major networks and
news organizations for commentary on current events.
Janex is currently organizing a transition of its corporate offices to
Phoenix, to the 2700 Building on Central Avenue where Anvil Studios has
maintained offices and production facilities.
Janex's current business focuses on the development, design, manufacturing
and marketing of children's toys, games and specialty/educational products.
Janex incorporates licensed characters into most of its products, and sells
its products to the United States' and Canadian mass merchant retailers, toy
specialty stores and departments stores. The addition of Anvil to the Janex
family will dramatically increase Janex's access to licensed characters and
development of the same.

products to the specialty retail and mass markets within the United States.
Seibun, new in the United States, is an educational leader in Japan and is
known for being instrumental in the success of Japanese students around the
world. Part of their success is attributed to not only making learning "hands
on" fun, but also challenging to young minds by using high-quality, affordable
products accepted by children, teachers and parents alike. Students, although
having fun while learning, have proven that they mastered complex math and
science concepts better than with the more traditional learning methods.
Along with the distribution of select items from Seibun's 26,000 different
products, Janex and Seibun plan to work together to develop a special line of
educational language products utilizing Janex's patented interactive
technology and Seibun's expertise in the field of education.
Vincent W. Goett, Janex Chairman and CEO, said, "Our alliance with Seibun

children's educational products market. The combined attributes of Janex and
Seibun, coupled with our proprietary technology, gives Janex the ability to
add our interactive play capabilities to certain products within the Seibun
line. It is our objective to make Seibun products as well known in the U.S.
specialty and mass markets as they are in the Japanese educational market."
The company believes that the combination of Seibun's educational
expertise and Janex technologies can be used in a wide range of applications,
from science kits to children's books and learning aids. Goett went on to say,
"Using speech synthesis, in conjunction with the ability to visually project
the message, will reinforce that message or lesson plan, in the case of
interactive learning aids. Our goal is to bring an affordable interactive
experience to the public by using as many of the senses as possible. So far we
have covered sight, sound and touch."
Mr. Francois R. d'Ours, President of Seibun Educational, stated, "We are
determined to benefit American students by bringing these fun, proven
educational products to the U.S. thereby raising their level of enthusiasm for
science, technology and mind development in general. We're excited over our
partnering with Janex International to achieve our common objective to market
and distribute quality educational products to children who will also learn
while they play."
Janex will showcase the Seibun product line on its innovative and
entertaining website: www.okid.com. "This will enhance the Seibun product line
and provide opportunities to expand this business on an international basis.
Our site's extensive capabilities affords us another medium in which to
introduce and market this new and exciting educational product line," Goett
said.
Janex's current business focuses on the development, design, manufacturing
and marketing of unique interactive children's products utilizing their
patented technologies. Their lines of entertainment, interactive, and

Not sure how long they make these available. The gist of the clip under Daily Business Report was "United Airlines is in danger of going out of business, Boeing creates a security division and toy retailers expect a healthy holiday season".

What a news releast that was. JANX I sure am glad I have you in my stock portfolio
PHOENIX, Oct 3, 2001 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Janex International, Inc. (OTC
Bulletin Board: JANX) -- designer, manufacturer, and distributor of unique
children's products -- announced today that it has acquired majority ownership
of Anvil Studios, Inc. (www.anvilstudios.com) -- a leading edge theatrical,
television and convergence content company specializing in classical and 3D
animation. Anvil's client base includes DreamWorks, Hyperion/Disney,
Sony/Columbia and Warner Brothers. Included in the acquisition is a license to
3D interactive Internet software and other technology that make up a new
presentation layer for the World Wide Web.
Vincent W. Goett, Janex Chairman and CEO, said, "The combined attributes of
Janex, with our enterprises in toys, games, books and interactive technology,
coupled with the capabilities of Anvil Studios to provide theatrical, television
and computer graphic/3D animation, solidifies our strategic initiative to
establish Janex as a major force in the children's entertainment/educational
market."
Under the terms of the Acquisition Agreement, Janex acquires controlling
interest of Anvil Studios for 10,440,000 shares of Janex stock, $500,000 working
capital, and $150,000 dedicated production funds.
Robert Dotson, Anvil President, who has over ten years of upper management
experience in technology development and entertainment, will direct the
operations of Anvil Studios. Mr. Dotson stated, "With the successful completion
of large theatrical and television projects for clients such as DreamWorks,
Hyperion/Disney and a joint Sony/Columbia -- Warner Brothers production, Anvil
Studios has garnered a reputation in the animation industry as having the
ability to deliver a higher quality product in shorter time frames than our
competitors. We look forward to utilizing our experience, talent and technology
to provide media products to create robust value and exposure for Janex's
existing children's product lines."
Anvil is in full production of a television pilot for Joy Berry's "SuperStar
Kid's Club" -- a half-hour television show featuring Berry, world-renowned
author of over 250 self-help books for children that have sold over 80 million
copies and generated gross revenues in excess of 200 million dollars. Anvil
Studios and Ms. Berry, creator and executive producer of the TV series, are
currently in negotiations with major television networks for the distribution
rights to "SuperStar Kid's Club."
Mr. Goett said, "Anvil Studios will leverage its experience, talent and
reputation to produce its own original properties. Anvil currently owns rights
to a full-length animated feature film "Hope Canyon" which has generated
significant interest in Hollywood. In addition, Anvil is in discussions to
participate in the development of a theme park and other merchandising products
based on the film."
Anvil also holds rights to "Soldiers of Misfortune," a theatrical live-action
comedy targeted at families, and an episodic "reality based" television
property, under tight wraps, targeted at teens.
Goett also stated that, "Janex will showcase Anvil's 3D interactive animation
technology on its innovative and entertaining Web Site: www.okid.com. This will
enhance the interactive playability and entertainment value for the entire
family. Our site's extensive capabilities afford us another medium in which to
introduce and merchandise all of our product lines."
Janex is currently organizing a transition of its corporate offices to Phoenix,
most probably to the 2700 Building on Central Avenue where Anvil Studios has
maintained offices and production facilities. "As we swing these major
properties into full production ("Hope Canyon," "Superstar Kid's Club," and
"Soldiers of Misfortune") we anticipate increasing our personnel in the Phoenix
area to over 200, and possibly more to support those projects. Ninety percent of
those associates will be production staff and artists working directly on the
film and television properties," stated Goett. "We are excited about what this
will do for the community and for those talented folks who have been waiting so
long for this to materialize in Phoenix."
As a result of the value of these business developments, Janex has secured the
services of Mr. Beau Van Deren as Chief Financial Officer. Van Deren, in
addition to the value of his CPA and law background, provides a great deal of
experience in creating financial cohesion in diverse ventures. "Beau brings not
only key public (company) experience to us but also an ability to see the
vision, codify it, and be part of the team in execution -- both financially and
operationally," says Goett.
Janex's current business focuses on the development, design, manufacturing and
marketing of children's toys, games and specialty/educational products, coin
banks, flashlights, water activity products and battery operated toothbrushes
trademarked under the names Janex, DaMert and Malibu Fun Stuff. Janex
incorporates licensed characters into most of its products, and sells its
products to the United States and Canadian mass merchant retailers, toy

Well. . .since I'm considering myself a long (in the worst market of all. . .the otc bb) on JANX, the "E" doesn't bother me too much. However, I'm wondering why the CEO ever permitted it to happen. Right now everything looks long haul. Could that change quickly, I keep hearing everyone saying third or fourth quarter. If we go by historicals on the stock market, we should see a turn around soon, so say the analysts. I am holding onto my JANX as well as my NASD stocks and NYSE stocks, because I believe it will turn around. Only question is when. But when it does turn, I think it will be a fast one.

I like everything about this organization (JANX). That does not mean, however, that the rest of the world will. OTC BB stocks are not faring well against the downtrodden NASD and DOW. Bummer. It could be a LONG run.

Parents are looking for a safe harbor for kids these days on the net. JANX supplies not only a safe net for kids but enriching products also. This company can only go forward in my opinion and that is why I bought some of the stock also.
Wise. . .I read through the materials you posted on RB. Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I'm glad I picked up few shares in this organization. . It is their "vision" that entices me most. The numbers will come, as the vision is fulfilled. Great company, great timing. . .existing in a world in NEED of their product line.
Peace,
Keep the Faith!

Bev - I'll reply to this one and you can "bong" the duplicate....I thought it was some VERY upbeat news and another "profitable" acquisition. This is one I'm holding for the "grandkids" !!!!! We could use some "added" vision on the board by new posters also. I will keep it "on" the Archie's Corner (POW) board as "one to watch" !!!
EZ:)
