He talks about going in on another mine in the US. There are many to choose from.
Not sure if it goes here.
July 1st officaily, but have not worked since before Christmas.
Thank God I took a lot of proffits.
E-biking 20-miles a day early in the am. Doing much better with new seat. Battery last much longer now I only need help on hills, the upside.
My foot does better on the bike than walking. I do ice it down when I get back which helps alot.
I have a new bike coming that has a 1250 peak watts motor and 150-mile range.
It is called a step-through. When I was a kid we called it a girls bike.
This one is close to mine the colors are the same except I have the 7-speed and extended 150-range batteries. And I have black seat and grips.
Assembled in New Port CA
I saw it. Aren't you retiring soon? Why you still grinding information sharing when you should be enjoying your walks and dodging rain!
I posted this resently on stocktwist lol
I have been staying away from most messageboards.
I get only 14 post a day and no private messages anymore.

Looks like Goldman Sachs were wrong on the demand for Lithium softening. Pilbara Minerals Limited new CEO Dale Henderson has advised the latest spot sale of lithium-bearing spodumene concentrate for shipment in July covering 5,000t had gone off at a record $US7,017/t up from $US1,420/t last July.
Looks like a healthy appetite for Lithium to me.

This is why other platforms are > ihub
This is probably why they backed out of those shares to get ready to move up on to the Nasdaq.

They need to move the company to the US, like llkkf is doing.
Those adr fees are going to suck on the US side, and be easier to get those government grants that I hate.
I have not been following much of anything I am on a hold cash mode. I do not plan on buying anything anywhere until after the 4th of July.

I still think it would be bad timing. LLKKF could be doing what you said.

Tons of ways they can get qualified.
Aussie and Brits have a lot of their "listed" companies trading in pence.
Couldn't they just issue an ADR that is multiple common shares so it trades for a price NASDAQ will accept?
Not sure how they'd uplist under current conditions without one, not trying to invoke fear by any means. I careless I'm here to grow or lose money.
Why would you think a RS is coming? SYAXF has 4 times as many shares.
2-billion shares is not a lot of shares I do not see a RS coming. But I have not been right in June yet, I am due though
It would make more sense to keep diluting. Filings just came out they have a long time to wait to report them if it is a large duimp. Before it gets reported. Just my opinion.
They do want to move to Nazdaq.
Let me ask you if you were a CEO in this resession would you do that to your shareholders?
Whatever number they did a RS to it would go to .001 after trading started not one current share holder would hold if that announcement came. Again just my opinion.
But, PEMIF did 2-years ago and it worked out for them. Again you could be right. The timing is all wrong for one.
Give me 5 more minutes and I might change my mind again on the RS.
My opinion changes with this pendulum.
Could be the predecessing selloff before a r/s to address that uplist they've been talking about
I have no clue never thought ioneer would have gone this low. But the lie's that there is a oversupply of battery metals all one has to do is read this.
Tesla factories 'losing insane money'

By Harriet Sinclair, Editor at LinkedIn News

Tesla CEO Elon Musk described the company's new factories in Austin and Berlin as "giant money furnaces," with hardly any output. In an interview published Wednesday, the billionaire said that supply chain snags, a shutdown of the company's Shanghai factory and battery production challenges had caused Tesla huge problems. Both of the factories opened this year but have been unable to scale-up production, instead "losing billions of dollars."
Job cuts at Tesla were announced earlier this month, with Musk stating this week that overall head count would reduce by 3.5%.

Where do you think it can go in, say, 2024, assuming they are producing?
Not sure.
Maybe fund raising from the company?
Anyone know what is going on? (6-23-22)
“We’re very close to resubmitting that revised plan of operations. The bulk of it remains exactly the same as what we drafted a couple years ago.”
“We think that with that plan of operations revised we would expect it fairly quickly to flow into the NEPA process, which culminates in a record of decision, which is the third permit that we need. We have the other two permits relating to air and water that were issued by the state. The third is the critical one that would allow us to commence construction.”

MANCHIN, ERNST INTRODUCE BIPARTISAN BILL TO BOOST U.S. CRITICAL MINERALS SUPPLY, PROTECT NATIONAL SECURITY
JUNE 15, 2022
America is blessed with an abundance of natural resources that can help us address our reliance on foreign supply chains for critical minerals. I am proud to introduce our bipartisan HARD ROCK Act which would strengthen U.S. critical mineral infrastructure and invest in domestic defense and technological capabilities,” said Senator Manchin, Chair of the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee. “By addressing the weaknesses in our current National Defense Stockpile, our bill will bolster American critical mineral independence and help ensure we have the resources we need for essential defense products and services. I urge my colleagues on both sides of the aisle to support this crucial legislation.”

In Caterpillar Inc.'s First Quarter 2022 Financial Review, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Jim Umpleby, referenced ioneer's ongoing partnership with Caterpillar that we announced in early 2021. During the conference call, which was attended by analysts from most of the major global investment banks, Mr Umpleby said:
"In 2021, and into the first quarter of 2022, Caterpillar and our customers announced a number of projects that will contribute to a reduced carbon future. We recently entered into an agreement with ioneer, a US-based #lithium #boron miner."
"This will be the first Greenfield site in the U.S. to use autonomous haul trucks. Lithium is a key component for battery electric vehicles and the minerals from this Nevada mine will help contribute to a more sustainable future".
"Our autonomous technology is a competitive advantage as it delivers significant benefits to our customers, including improved safety, productivity, and efficiency while lowering greenhouse gas emissions per ton of material removed".
"Our commitment to sustainable innovation remains strong as we continue to execute our strategy for long-term profitable growth".
ioneer has partnered with a number of top tier firms such as Caterpillar as outlined in our most recent presentation: https://lnkd.in/gEhvM95e

Thanks man! Yeah not an easy answer I guess. Will dig also
I am not sure there are 3 levels of ADR we are moving up to level 2
I talked to E*Trade broker and a few TD Ameritrade brokers between 1/2-hour to an hour with each one.
The E*Trade guy was the least help. There is a .05 fee per share on some foreign fees end of year. Canada has less fees or no fees. Need to talk to a broker and expect to spend an hour. I could not get any of them to send me an email on those fees.
The TD guy went through each ASX stock I owned at that time.
However, we also talked about Novonix Ltd (QX) (NVNXF).
Which has 2 tickers in the US NVNXF and the other NVX. The fees for the NVNXF are $15 for me with TD and the NVX. ticker has a .05 fee per share end of year I believe for each trade.
I tried very hard for him to email those fees he would not.
So, I think we can be both. But I think ioneer could change the ticker in US with an (F) behind it. Closer to the ASX ticker.
RHHNF recently changed to IBATF a Canadian stock, the Canadian was IBAT.
All I can say is talk to your broker and if you can ask them to email those fees to you.
Hope I did not over explain. Been watching videos to find my own answers.
So if they are doing a NASDAQ listing, will it be under GSCCF? haven't ever been in one where it's a foreign company....

ioneer’s increased lithium offtake deals headline promising third quarter
By Louis Allen - April 28, 2022
Emerging lithium-boron miner ioneer (ASX: INR) has announced its March quarter activities report (Q3 FY2022), which reveals highlights of an increased offtake agreement with EcoPro and inking a memorandum of understanding with Nevada-based NexTech Batteries.
ioneer owns the Rhyolite Ridge lithium-boron project located in the US state of Nevada. Rhyolite Ridge is the only lithium-boron deposit in North America and one of only two such deposits in the world.
ioneer managing director Bernard Rowe says the March quarter has shown great progression for the company.

Improving visibility with borosilicate glass
One of the most widely used applications for borates today is in the manufacture of borosilicate glass. Comprised of silica and 5-20% boric oxide (boron trioxide), borosilicate glass is prized for its strength and formability. It’s also resistant to heat, chemicals, shocks, and scratches.
Sealed headlights and halogen bulbs
Automotive manufacturers use borosilicate glass in sealed headlights and the halogen bulbs for your car.
High quality and consistency are crucial in glass production for lighting and bulbs. Glass manufacturers must ensure they’re adding the appropriate type and amounts of borates for their formulations, otherwise they risk uneven melting performance, which negatively affects the chemical and physical properties of the finished glass.
Touch screen displays
Automotive manufacturers looking to entice consumers offer advanced technology inside cars such as touch screen displays with navigation and entertainment features.
Specialized borosilicate glass is used in the production of thin-film-transistor liquid-crystal displays (TFT LCD) because it forms thinner and lighter screens, a major selling point in the market.

Borates in automotive fluids and lubricants
Heat, corrosion, and sludge are among the primary enemies of cars. To prevent them from causing major damage, manufacturers use borates in automotive fluids including motor oil, hydraulic fluids, fuel additives, lubricants, and antifreeze.
Fuel additives
BORIC ACID can serve as a lubricating additive in fuel, which can reduce friction inside your car’s pistons. Less friction means your engine will lose less energy and run more efficiently. When borate esters are included in fuel additives, they help to keep carburetors clean and prevent pre-ignition.

ioneer successfully produces Battery Grade Lithium
Hydroxide from Rhyolite Ridge Pilot Plant feedstock
Thursday, 21 January 2021 – ioneer Ltd (ioneer or the Company) (ASX: INR), an emerging
US lithium–boron producer, today announced that its metallurgy and process engineering
team successfully converted lithium carbonate produced at its pilot plant, into battery grade
lithium hydroxide, a key milestone in ioneer’s lithium hydroxide development path. This
demonstrates ioneer’s ability to provide both high purity technical grade lithium carbonate
and battery grade lithium hydroxide to the burgeoning battery EV sector.
ioneer is highly focused on securing offtake agreements for its lithium products having
already placed under binding offtake initial boric acid production. The ability to supply both
lithium carbonate and lithium hydroxide creates a significant advantage for the Company.
Managing Director, Bernard Rowe said:
“Rhyolite Ridge will be well positioned to meet both North American and global demand
for Lithium carbonate and battery grade lithium hydroxide. As the premier US Project,
ioneer will be uniquely situated to supply the future US electric vehicle platforms of
automotive OEMs. Benchmark Mineral Intelligence predicts that US demand for lithium
carbonate and lithium hydroxide could exceed 344kt by 2025 with nearly no domestic
supply. Additionally, Tesla’s Gigafactory is located 203 miles northwest of the Project site.
The world is in an important transition where renewable power and the electrification of
transportation will play an ever more important role. The successful and timely delivery of
ioneer’s Rhyolite Ridge Lithium- Boron Project in Nevada is a critical early effort to secure
the United States an economic, and sustainable domestic supply of this material which is
a lynchpin for electrification.”
The below table compares the lithium hydroxide produced from Rhyolite Ridge ore against
typical industry specifications for battery grade lithium hydroxide.

Do they have samples?
What were the main findings of the Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS) completed in 2020?
The DFS concluded that we would develop an open pit mine operation. We have a hard rock deposit, and we will use conventional mining methods to extract the rock. That rock will be processed on-site to extract the lithium and boron from it. Then, these will be refined and processed to make the end-product lithium chemicals at the site, which is very unique among hard-rock operations around the world. The DFS also confirmed our ability to produce approximately 22,000 mt/y of lithium carbonate or lithium hydroxide, and 174,000 mt/y of boric acid for 26 years.
How did ioneer’s pilot plant help to understand the most effective way of processing the boron-lithium ore?
We constructed a full simulation pilot plant, where we reproduced each part of the process from the rock to the end product. Rather than using new technology, we adopted technologies from existing copper, lithium and boron mining operations, bringing them together in one process plant to suit our unique deposit. We decided to use a large-scale pilot plant instead of working with small samples in a lab because this allowed us to observe how things will behave more precisely at commercial scale, without large variations.

it is no secret that the world of critical minerals r&d has seen significant growth as have the industries that require the use of such minerals. As alluded to in this article this raises questions around both resource and water management and mineral processing technology, with a need to develop methods that will limit environmental impacts.
