2-billion shares is not a lot of shares I do not see a RS coming. But I have not been right in June yet, I am due though
It would make more sense to keep diluting. Filings just came out they have a long time to wait to report them if it is a large duimp. Before it gets reported. Just my opinion.
They do want to move to Nazdaq.
Let me ask you if you were a CEO in this resession would you do that to your shareholders?
Whatever number they did a RS to it would go to .001 after trading started not one current share holder would hold if that announcement came. Again just my opinion.
But, PEMIF did 2-years ago and it worked out for them. Again you could be right. The timing is all wrong for one.
Give me 5 more minutes and I might change my mind again on the RS.
My opinion changes with this pendulum.
