in less than one year, the instadose management and board were all part of what has to be one of the biggest and most destructive pump and dumps in history. from a 35 billion(fully diluted) market cap, to 50 dollars. great job Instadose.

looks like the only world record instadose will be famous for is the hall of shame of scammers.

All the same worthless equipment in congo is now 4 years older. essentially worthless, but they are trying to say they are the global leaders in farming. laughable. two of the same team members, but andres has changed his name. honestly these guys have no shame. looks like their plan is to suck other farmers into their ecosystem. This didnt work out too well for grants tobacco farmers, and it has been an absolute fleecejob for the instadose investors IMO. What kind of loser changes his name as though its going to whitewash his involvement in the instadose pump and dump.

he took in shareholder money for congo production, instadoses main asset was the intangible rights over the congo assets, yet ol granty ferdinando was allowed to carve out globagro for himself. where was the board members oversight that allowed this to happen. hmmmmmmm

yeah. a friend watched. sounds like pretrial starts october 28th he said. only lasted about 15 minutes today.

considering that some of what they have charged grant with is the fact that he overinflated the true state of the current state operations. and since then, instadose had shipments seized due to fraud, ran an illegal pump and dump before deal even closed, hired contract growers who failed to grow quality medicinal flower, as well as failing to file financial disclosure, i really dont see how he doesnt end up in jail.

they ran a stock to a 3 billion dollar pump, and then dump to effectively zero. hopefully they also charge the other officers and management that helped grant in this.

I wouldn't mind seeing CO2 Evolve go public, I have no negative feelings about David, he was cool with me and always struck me as intelligent and very professional. It would have been nice had he counseled them against the promo, which was clearly a terrible decision.....but perhaps he did and got overruled....who knows, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt.

With that said, INSD is likely a lost cause, even if Instadose went back private and sold David the shell, it just has WAY too much baggage and negative stigma attached to it. He'd likely have 9 kinds of problems trying to clean this up.

He'd be much better off starting fresh, with a clean shell and Jody has the connection to the perfect one IMO.

Instadose couldnt grow weed. they couldnt contract grow weed. they have all these wonky JV structures that are worthless. they literally have nothing to sell of their own. so why not try and turn to the carbon space and sell air. literally.
