stock worthless according to e-trade. cost $5 per transaction to get them to send worthless cert. for tax purposes. they will pay .01 per share in a buy back. not sure i understand this, but guess it really doesn't matter. they moved the office to england, so i assume they are out of reach and any expectations that this company will resurface are completely unrealistic at this point. the only thing anyone could do is mount a class action suit against the company and try and recover some of what has been lost, but even that is doubtful that anything has a hope of being recovered.

Highly unlikely. Grey Sheet shells usually don't attract many buyers, especially with the way FGBF got to the Grey's. And anyone that buys a shell wouldn't buy shares from shareholders. They buy controlling interest from the insiders.

Plus shells are going for anywhere between $100k and $350k, depending on where they trade (Pink sheets, OTCBB etc) and other factors. FGBF has 200 million shares outstanding (not including the preferred). So 0.75, with 200 million shares outstanding, is $150 million for something worth about $100k, if they are lucky. Don't really see that happening.

Yes I agree it would be reasonable to try and keep shareholders up to date, and I don't respect Bannister for keeping such a low profile, however, I believe he will come up with the goods in the end. He has good people with him now. He really has been struggling to try and keep this company together, and I believe he will make an announcement when this situation is ready to move forward, and once it does, it will be quick. Have faith. Try and remember that he's been left with a huge mess to clean up,
Bannister has also been duped by Reda, Saviano and Hartnett. Trust me when I say Bannister has taken very little out of 1st Global...unlike the former directors who have undermined and deceived not only him, but shareholders.

Gambler 95, I thought it wouldn't be too long before you had to post another negative comment. Why don't you just let Bannister clean up the mess that those scumbags have left. If you have to blow off steam why don't you have a rant about Reda, Saviano or Hartnett....they were the ones that continually undermined and sabotaged this company, used it as their own personal piggy banks, and caused this almighty mess, and it's because of them that 1st Global has lost it's credibility.
You very clearly have it in for Bannister, and you keep going over and over and over the same old gripes. Give it a rest now. I don't think there will be any words of wisdom from John Bannister just yet. He's probably still wading through the sewage left by Reda, Saviano and Hartnett. Those men have left a whole load of mess and it is going to take Bannister a while to get the company back on track, but I believe he can do it. I agree with Drew Daniels entirely, the recent posts on this message board are probably from previous directors who are trying to undermine Bannisters efforts to get this company back on an even keel. The previous directors are greedy, immoral, dishonest and scum. It is those men who have caused these problems, not Bannister. I believe this will come good, you have to be patient and wait. I understand Bannister has some good and decent people with him now. As for shares, I have said it before and I'll say it again, we gamble every time we buy them, sometimes we win and sometimes we loose, it's a risk that we willingly take.
If you want decent and factual information watch out for Drew Daniels posts, he's given accurate information in the past without slandering anyone.

I can assure you I do not know John Bannister, nor am I getting into a bun fight with you. You certainly seem as if you have an axe to grind, but the iHub is not the place to do it. As I have already said, if we decide to gamble with our money and lose, then we have to take responsibility for that. When we buy stocks and shares this is a risk we take, many people have lost money in this way.
I have noticed you don't appear to slander Reda, Saviano or Hartnett with the same amount of venom as you do with Bannister, when these are the real people who have brought this company into disrepute through their greed and immoral conduct. Bannister will probably make an announcement once he has cleared up the garbage that was left by the above 3 men. There is absolutely no point in him saying anything until he's got something valid to say. You are not the only one who has invested money in this company, we all have shares, so we are all in the same position. Bannister will let everyone know what is happening in due course.

Hello everyone,I have been watching this company with great interest as events have unfolded during the past few months, I have also been especially interested in the posts on this message board.
I have no doubt that FGBF will deliver once Bannister has dealt with all of the mess left by Albert Reda and the other dishonest directors. This will take time, and I'm sure he could use some support rather than all of the malice and venom that is being directed his way curtesy of Gambler 95 (whoever he is) Don't forget, Bannister has not been found guilty of any wrong doing.
The business model this company promoted is sound...and it still is, and Bannister has to more or less start over again.

The company is actively trading on the (GM) gray market right now. This is easily confirmed by contacting the company's transfer agent. This is a result of the pink sheet trading suspension in December. The suspension was lifted on December 14. The OTC rules require that when a suspension lasts longer than 4 days, a company is required to file a new 211. This process can take quite some time. Reda has been removed from the company and is individually being investigated by the FBI. There is no record of any investgation of any other director of FGBF by the federal authorities. The company is most likely not making any comments due to the ongoing investigation of Reda. There is a process by which all of these things must happen in order for the company to be trading again on the pinks or other market and time will allow for this, but right now it is the 211 being filed and approved that is the key. All of the rest of this talk on here about resignations and secret informants is simply the former director of the company trying to stir trouble. Under multiple accounts, he uses the same schtick... the way he describes the ownership of the company, his use of secret informants, use of all CAPS in sentences, use of multiple question marks, etc. (this is all classic Anthony Saviano on some type of back handed reality show escapade of an attempt to "take over" the company of which he obviously feels he is due - and we all remember why he was removed from his position back in late 2010).
If you wish to sell your FGBF shares on the gray market, it requires these things... identifying and matching # of shares for sale and bid ask price - identifying your broker couldn't hurt. It's as simple as matchmaking. I hope this helps. Good Luck All!
