The company is actively trading on the (GM) gray market right now. This is easily confirmed by contacting the company's transfer agent. This is a result of the pink sheet trading suspension in December. The suspension was lifted on December 14. The OTC rules require that when a suspension lasts longer than 4 days, a company is required to file a new 211. This process can take quite some time. Reda has been removed from the company and is individually being investigated by the FBI. There is no record of any investgation of any other director of FGBF by the federal authorities. The company is most likely not making any comments due to the ongoing investigation of Reda. There is a process by which all of these things must happen in order for the company to be trading again on the pinks or other market and time will allow for this, but right now it is the 211 being filed and approved that is the key. All of the rest of this talk on here about resignations and secret informants is simply the former director of the company trying to stir trouble. Under multiple accounts, he uses the same schtick... the way he describes the ownership of the company, his use of secret informants, use of all CAPS in sentences, use of multiple question marks, etc. (this is all classic Anthony Saviano on some type of back handed reality show escapade of an attempt to "take over" the company of which he obviously feels he is due - and we all remember why he was removed from his position back in late 2010).
If you wish to sell your FGBF shares on the gray market, it requires these things... identifying and matching # of shares for sale and bid ask price - identifying your broker couldn't hurt. It's as simple as matchmaking. I hope this helps. Good Luck All!
